Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff in a rustic frontier atmosphere (Love the Bear). Of course they are seeking a fair profit so no wiggle room on spot price but they have matched other dealers current over spot prices and at times are the low seller in town when they have the inventory. The also occasionally sell junk silver when they have it and you can find some very interesting coinage for just the silver price.

Have enjoyed a very pleasant experience time and time again with these good folks, buying or selling, large or small quantities, good people!

Absolutely terrible service. Go across the street to The Gold and Silver exchange if you dont want to be treated like garbage. I visited both businesses today, and there is absolutely no contest between the two when it comes to legitimacy and professionalism. Avoid Grizzly Gold and Silver!!

Just trying to keep others from losing cash!!! Went in today May 19 2019 and their offer for buying new in the tube generic silver rounds was $00.25 per ounce under spot and asking $1.25 over to purchase them. The gold and silver exchange litteraly right across the street is also asking $1.25 over spot to buy from them but they purchased my silver at the full spot price. For what its worth my opinion is make the 50 foot journey across the street to get a better price if your looking to sell. Not trying to bash them I understand diffrent stores go through diffrent vendors to get their products, but to you and me that is irrelevant as Im sure you would like to get the best price you can for your silver.

This is an upright and honest business. I was expecting a pawn shop atmosphere but was truly impressed. Don is a great guy, kind, couretous, and businesslike. No place else in Missoula or Helena compare.

Went to buy gold coin n was bank closed so could only pull 500 out as a day transaction...was told could use a check for purchase....got there n was denied the use ...was told then i could use debit after i already explained i pulled my day limits n it would accoure more fees if i used my debit...but the deal was I was told check accepted then they try to have u use your debit card to get the fee n a lil kick back for using it....so then they tell u u cannot use a check wich they make u feel belittled and like you was a theif....this shop in Billings is horrible...will not recommend or go back..
