Great place to come and hang with friends over an exotic cup of coffee or tea without breaking the bank. High-end coffee experiences, home here in Houston!I recommend the Orange Jasmine refresher and any of their cold brews / pour overs. If youre coffee-obsessed, youll enjoy the best bang for your buck here. Theres plenty of exotics, and you get a highly personalized experience with expert baristas who can recommend interesting coffees. They also sell take-home baggies of cold-brew exotic coffees.Ive been to high-end coffee experiences, such as the Ritz in Paris, afternoon tea time at the Ritz-Carlton in Shanghai, and both Starbucks Reserves in Seattle, WA and Shanghai, China. The pour over and siphon experiences are just like the one from Starbucks Reserve. It’s quite fun to watch and take the pot back to your table while you’re studying / working.

Great place for coffee. One of the few specialty coffee in Sugar Land. Love their cold brew and need to try their tea. Heard that there will be more desserts to come.

Its clean and quiet, the chairs are pretty comfortable. Nice place for studying and being productive or just hanging out.

Great coffee place. This is a very trendy, high quality coffee house. Music is at the perfect level. Decor is awesome. Coffee is amazing. This rivals Blendin for sure. I ordered a Latte with their house vanilla simple syrup. It was perfect.

Tihu is an amazing hidden gem for coffee and tea lovers or for anyone who just wants a friendly place to chill. The owners really care about coffee and want to share that with the world. The ingredients are high quality and every cup is carefully prepared so the result is super delicious coffee.My favorite is their latte! It’s super smooth yet slightly bold and really delicious. Their syrups are made in-house and they put flowers in your tea which is pretty fun.The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. There are board games to play if you like. Everyone is super friendly there and will take time to chat with you. It’s the perfect neighborhood coffee shop!

At a glance: bright, tastefully decorated, clean. The bathroom smells wonderful, which is always a good sign. The staff is very friendly. I’ve been there on a quiet day when everyone seemed to be working, and on a day with a full table of lively ladies chatting and laughing. Both vibes seem welcome to the owners. I go to work on days I’m not in the office.I can recommend the hot teas, and the cold refresher teas (ask the staff to recommend their favorite if you aren’t sure). They’re fabulous!

All I can say is WOW WOW WOW... What an amazing find coffee second to none. I got with help from the owner on what to choose and one of her suggestions was the 🌹Rosebud flavored iced latte ( I think thats what it was) whatever it was Flipping outstanding. You need to patent that....and a hot vanilla latte again you can taste the quality of the coffee and it flavors not over taken by sugary syrups. I hope we get to come back this way again. Nice and clean place with clean restrooms. Barista was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions. The Latte I ordered was really flavorful and the presentation was impeccable (I got it in a mug). The almond croissant I ordered to go with it was fresh, warm, and delicious. I wish they were located in Sugar land, so I could go there more often.

This place is amazing! I love the clean lines and the modern decor. The specialty coffee selections were numerous. I ordered a lavender vanilla latte and OMG!!!!! I drank it so fast and wanted another! I can’t wait to come back and try more of their specialty syrups. You’ve got to come here and try it for yourself!

I am excited to have this quality coffee shop in an otherwise coffee desert. Ive been three times already and really like the vanilla latte. I also tried the jasmine milk tea which was good. The atmosphere is good for hanging out or working and the owner is really nice.

Their iced mocha was delicious with house-made mocha powder. The owners were so kind and helpful! They were so sweet to our pre-school aged kids. Although the location is hidden a little bit off of 6, it is worth it!

Cutest and tasty little coffee/tea house in the newly built Missouri city center. The building are so new, google takes you to a day care. However the flavor was amazing so I wanted to get the word out. Support your local business.

First time at this establishment and i’m Thrilled to have Tihu open in the Sugar Land area. It’s in the new shopping complex off of Highway 6 and Austin Parkway. The ambiance is extremely conducive to studying and meeting up with friends but it’s also family friendly and there’s plenty of picturesque spots for social media updates.My first drink was the Ethiopian V60 pour over and it was fantastic. The head barista is well-trained and understands her craft well. The technique and patience was extremely well executed which resulted in a perfect pour of crafted coffee. The standing menu and online menu seems standard but when i asked about the more intricate methods she was aware of them and said she would offer it so just a heads up. Also love the fact that they source their beans locally from Fort Bend Roasters.

It is nice, it is pretty, it is quick and it is affordable. They have tea for $3 and boba for $.50 which is very affordable. Americano large $3.If you are from around, come.The barista, she was very service minded. I got my americano like a minute.

Little hidden gem we found...they make their own simple syrups....really good coffee, and their Honey Lemonade was so refreshing made from real ingredients....quaint and relaxing place with great service...the only issue is its hidden away and can be missed...hopefully more people will find this gem....I will definitely be returning.

The staff is awesome and the ambience is incredible. The prices cant be beat.
