I probably wont use curbside pickup here again. This is the third time Ive used this service. The mango slices in this order are so moldy and the rotten juice from this container soaked through the paper bag and onto my car seat. Not to mention the 15 minute wait in the car as no one brought my order out. The two stars are for the second order I had with this place; it was the only time that the process went smoothly.
If you like unbelievable low prices and dont mind bagging your own groceries or paying a 25 cent deposit for the shopping cart then this is the place for you. Pay special attention to their weekly deals and their unique finds. Also try the guacamole salsa with the house brand tortilla chips. No matter how you organize your basket of groceries they will just throw them in the basket at check out. I dont know why they rush you through the line at check out as if they dont have time to place your items in the basket with out throwing them in there. Another customer and I talked to a manager yesterday about this subject and he agreed with us that they should not do that. Also the check out clerk was rude and didnt even bother to say thank you after checking us out!!! Everyone who wants to work deserve a job but if your going to represent a company as if you do care or dont like your job... then you dont deserve a job.
Ordered curbside 6/6/21, they had it ready earlier than promised which I loved but when I opened the blackberries they were moldy. Now there isn’t even a number to call the store to rectify the situation. The bread they picked out was moldy as well. E-mailed customer service, have yet to get a response.
Aldi has the best prices on most things. A bulk store membership is the only place that can compete on prices. The quality for the price in unbelievable

1 star for the rude behavior of ONE Male Cashier. Despite the Fact that I have had bare 5-6 items to check out & got in line.. I was next to check out & I was told : Sir, GO TO NUMBER2. Which meant I had to get in another line behind the customers with overloaded carts. Totally rude tone & inconsiderate, This is not the first time I have experienced this from this employee. ALDI!!! Please educate your employees to be at least be customer friendly.Now the Female employee (Merkle/Merle not sure) who took me in and checked me out was very professional, faster & gentle, Hence 2 stars, she deserves more. But the store as a whole gets two from me.

Aldi is the place that nobody seems to go to and for me thats amazing. While you can go to HEB or Krogers and be surrounded by hundreds of people, standing in long lines, and spending more than you need to... You can just come to Aldis. The theres never any lines, minimal customer interactions, and plenty of items stocked. 10/10 would recommend but please lets keep this our secret.

Today 1/30/2021 around 5:15PM c, the cashier charged me for non purchased item, after checking the receipt I approached her n said I bought only three and she charged me for 3, she was arrogant and making me fool infront of everyone . She was laughing at me and giggled and continued to billing for others, . She did not even offer to give back the overcharged cash not did she apologize. such an idiot. I waited but but no response, I left and leaving a comment here
The printer is always out of ink and I have to squint to read the receipt. Maybe they should implement email my receipt then they would save the ribbon on the printer
It has kinda fallen off to be honest. Doesnt have the things it used to in stock anymore like the sourdough bread.

There is ONE employee who is completely antisocial and rude... all the rest are exceptionally helpful and kind. I’d say it’s easy to ignore the bad employee when there are so many good ones. Food is good quality with low prices, weekly non-food specials are surprisingly high quality for the price. We shop here all the time and have a terrific experience as long as we avoid the very sad and angry male cashier who throws your food and never smiles or acknowledges your existence... did I mention that he can’t ruin the experience - even though he seemingly tries to? We love this store! Haters gonna hate.

No frills shopping experience. Bring your own bags and a quarter. The good thing about it is you can get in and out quickly and inexpensively. The only complaint is that I cannot get everything I need from here. I always have to go to a bigger grocery store for more specialty items.

Amazing grocery chain. Always clean. Always great prices on grocery items (meats, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, etc.), cleaning products, plastic ware, cooking utensils, pet food, you name it. You wont find all of the brands youre used to seeing, but the value is unbeatable and the variety of items could surprise you (5 flavors of goat cheese!). The prices are wonderful, especially if you have a large family or event to cook for. Aldi has definitely helped cut the grocery bill in half. Very friendly and efficient staff too.

Twice now I have gone to the store for an advertised item only to discover that it hadnt even arrived at the store. And I dont mean on the 1st day of the advertised sale, but 4 days after. I would advise Aldi to get their ads and shipping in sync. If you advertise an item for sale in one week, dont ship it out on the following week. Make sure the item is available, or start offering your customers compensation for the inconvenience.
I love Aldi but for the store at Sienna it is the worst. Sweet baby Jesus I do not heart this store. Its the kind of place that pisses you because you have to go to it. The entire store is for lack of a better word is rude. The building, the aisles, the shelves, everything is super rude. The store is cluttered and claustrophobic. The reviewers that gave this location 4 stars need to get out more. The selection is bad and I cant figure out why prices vary so much at this location compared to others?What really pissed me off this time is the guy operating the pallet jack nearly ran me over 2 times in 2 different parts of the store. No excuse me no nothing. Just zip zip zip hes on his way.

This Aldi location is great. They have a good variety of items without any duplicate brands. Their Girl Scout selection of cookies taste just like the real thing. Only downside is that they should have more checkout lanes open.

Prices are decent. You will have to put a deposit of $.025 you get back when returning the cart back. Lines are decent you also have to purchase a bag or get a box or take it out in your basket.

Store is supposed to close at 9pm, but I arrived at 8:52 and the doors were already locked. So disappointed right now. Please correct your closing time on your door to 8:50pm if thats the time you are going to close. On to Krogers I go.

Aldis is a little known gem. You need a quarter for a cart and buy your plastic bags but its worth it for the bargain food. The Aldi brand is very high quality and the produce is adorable and fresh. They have a lot of European fun specialities like cheese and pastry so its fun to try new things.

Aldi is a neighborhood store which sabes u some bucks. You would find your daily grocery stuff. Apart from that they have stuff that changes weekly. This is where u might find some stuff for quite less. The quantity might not be super great for this odd stuff but it meets the requirements. The store is always clean and well stocked. The fruits and vegetables are cheap and of good quality. I have seen grocery items which r sometimes half the price of Walmart. They mostly have there own brand stuff but thats not bad. To top it all if u r a chocolate let very this place has European chocolate for way way less and they r much much better then the US counterpart. Give it a try u wont regret.

Bought a blender at the store. It only lasts for 2 weeks. Return it to the store for exchange. The replacement lasts for 2 weeks too! Visited the store for return. The store refused to do since I have no original package even I have the receipt. The manager does not want to listen and ask me to complain to somewhere else. Shopping at the store since it opens. Aldi loses a loyal customer.

A surprising amount of variety in such a small space. Food quality is on par with large grocery stores and the price is always lower. We have started using Aldis to fill the gaps of regular grocery shopping - milk, bread, eggs, etc.
