Awesome management crewNew pizza kitchen is a hidden gem so cheesy and fluffy and fresh its a must try for a cheaper price they sell it by the piece or whole. Its always wonderful and pleasant when I shop everyone caring and friendly. Fresh produce and meat try the cheese shop as well. Also they have build your own 6 pack with numerous craft beers and ciders to chose from. Shop here and it will change your life.

Shopped here for many years. Well stocked and clean store. Would return for sure.

Karya at the pharmacy truly went above and beyond for my mom today. 1/8/2021. My mom had been having issues with her insurance for the longest and filling prescriptions. It was much appreciated how much she helped us out. This lady deserves at least a raise for her exceptional customer service and care to her customers. Thank you Karya, very much you are an angel.🙌

They dont play about catching COVID the dividers are something other grocery stores need to copy. Clean place, even the parking lot, well stocked and variety even though store is really small. They have a good selection just maybe items are not that great and pricey. Cashier was cool, she was patient with me. My W.I.C. card was acting up. Will come again for a few items in future.

I think I’m pretty much done shopping at Kroger in general. They have good products but bad service at every location I’ve tried. Last pick up order I did they called me like 2 hours early saying the order was ready I can pick up whenever. That was fine but when I got there and called saying I was in the pickup area the guy gets an attitude saying “well you didn’t respond to your substitutions. So it’s going to take a while because we have to print the info out”. But no one told me anything about any substitutions and every other store I shop at sends an email or text about the substitutions. I didn’t get ANY of that from Kroger. Even the online account didn’t show it. Then another time I was waiting for a really long time in the pickup area and saw other cars coming and going that came after me. I called asking was something wrong with my order and the person gets an attitude saying “you haven’t been waiting 20 minutes you’ve been waiting 4 minutes!” How was I waiting 4 minutes when I can see on my phone what time I called and why would they be rude like that to a customer?? Even when I shop in store some how something is almost always missing from my bags when I get home. I’m starting to think they have a pact to keep at least one item from each customer when you check out (lol). I’ve talk to other people that say the same happens to them. So they stopped shopping at Kroger. Kroger has really gone downhill. Can’t abuse customers and expect to keep their business!

Why doesn’t this store offer instacart?

Wild caught seafood available at reasonable prices. The produce is top of the line. My experience at this location has always been great. I highly recommend shopping here.

Decent place to go shop. They usually are not too busy and they are keeping the social distance and make requirements. They don’t have as much of a selection as other nearby groceries but it’s great if you need to get something quick and fast.

Great location money services are fast

They refused to give me my cash back and the employees we’re telling me to Leave the store.

Very small. Cashiers had a mask on and inside clear box. Staff that was on the floor were just free, no mask, no face guard or gloves. Not a big selection on produce. Store was made for a few supplies and elderly to shop.

Lazy management,bad customer service

The ladies worked hard today in the pouring down rain with my online pickup order. I am greatful for your hard working ladies that shopped for me and placed my groceries in my car trunk today in the pouring rain and during this pandemic. God Bless.

That was an amazing store. It was well organized and well stocked. That was amazing and also has a fresh products that was worth it.

They have the worst customer service. The employees that work there in the evenings are rude. They always close/ lock the doors before closing time. I would give them zero stars if I could. HEB will take over if they dont change their culture and service.

Update 4/13/19This is literally the worst Kroger location I’ve been to! Literally no one works here. Everyone is either standing around or not even around. I’ve been stand in line for the past half an hour for someone at customer service. Apparently Daphne, that was supposed to be at the customer service desk was away. Even though she was called twice she never came.Another incident, of course every Saturday is busy. But it wasn’t busy at the time, it was near sunset. The cashiers are slow and mediocre. So I went out to the self-check out lanes. There was something wrong with the check out machine and said assistance was coming for the past 15 minutes. NO ONE, like NO ONE came!! The cashiers that didn’t even have customers in their lanes couldn’t help. Like at least call someone to assistance. I asked a lady to help me, and she refused to help me. DOES ANYONE WORK HERE?!?! Why are they even coming to work for? If they’re not here to work and just stand doing absolutely nothing. I’ll be calling corporate about this issue.

Always well stocked and clean. The layout of the store makes it easy to find everything you need. Good selections of fresh meats, cheeses & produce. Deli counter and bakery are great as well. Even the fresh made sushi counter is great. Plus they have a pharmacy and a bank if you need one. 😉

Visited the Kroger Colony Lakes pharmacy today looking for a RX that 4 other drug stores did not have. The pharmacist this afternoon was very helpful so were the pharmacy techs. I did not get the RX filled but I will go back tomorrow to do.so. Thank you Colony Lakes Pharmacy staff for trying your best to assist me and also most especially for the pharmacists explanation. All very much appreciated.

Ive been a loyal Kroger customer for nearly 25 years,, Sadly this is my last day shopping at this grocery store.. I paid nearly $12 for two pound of ground meat! There is no excuse for this!!!

Best place to go shopping!!! I have gone to many other stores and have not found everything that I have needed in one place.They have everything from classic to international foods and seasonings. The pharmaceutical department is perfect from over the counter to prescription medications.Really my number one place to shop... The employees are professional and more than willing to help including helping with loading your groceries in the car!! Its really a one stop shop!!!

Seems like managment has gotten worse . Some workers are very friendly and helpful like deli and floral, some of the bakery workers are rude.. some nice.. and it seems like they hired alot of young kids that are always on their phones or playing when they should be working. Sometimes i find what im looking for and sometimes their shelves are empty!Maybe next time will be a better experience.

If there were an option for 0 stars that is what I would give. I have been shopping at this Kroger for 20 years and am sad to say I will not return. I have seen the steady decline of this store over the last several years and today was the final straw. Managers who can not be bothered to speak to a customer when asked for and cashiers who are to busy socializing to help customers are just a few of the major issues this store is facing. I hope for a total staff change and then maybe they can get back to selling groceries and customer service.

Go here almost every morning! Its easy to find what you need an go but very tempting to go in for 1 thing an leave with everything! Great deals good communication.

Groceries are always kept fresh. Wonderful and friendly staffs. Flowers are fresh and they have nice collection of flowers as well.Store is kept clean as always. Sundays are pretty tight at this store.

Myosha in the bakery was very helpful! She helped me locate a cake that I was looking for and she was very patient! I wish all of your employees were the same way. You need to keep hiring caring people like her!!

Do NOT use the pick up /order online they have. I had an order that was set for pick up at 7pm and I got there to be told it won’t be ready until 9pm and they said even then they cannot promise it will be ready at 9 so I may have to come back the next day to pick it up. EXCUSE ME? Why have pick up/online ordering available if it won’t be ready for us on time? Then I called the 800 number for a refund and was told to call back in the morning to cancel because the store wouldn’t answer the damn phone? What the hell?

I couldnt get assistance. Asked two associates, who were nice but do not know where the items were. I finally found the items after a long search. I expected to get in and get out fast but ended up staying longer than I planned. Not good experience.

I applied to work here, and the staff was very disorganized. It has been 3 weeks since my interview; though I tried communicating in various ways, no one ever bothered contacting me. The managers and staff behaved unprofessionally and were not respectful of my time or effort.

The employees are very nice and helpful and the store is very clean. There is a large variety of food to chose from, and most of the prices are reasonable. The store is very clean. With your Kroger Plus Card, which you give to the cashier every time you make a purchase, after reaching $100 in purchases, 10 cents is deducted from whatever the original price is towards the purchase of gas. For example, today for regular unleaded, the price was 1.91 per gallon. Well, my price was 1.81 per gallon! GREAT! 👍

Have been coming here for years. Staff is friendly. Most of the prices are cheaper than HEBs. Relatively-clean. Free Friday Downloads, Fuel Points, and coupons customized for you are really awesome perks that keep us coming here multiple times/week. Gotta love my Kroger❤

I have been shopping at Kroger my entire Adult life over the span of 3 states and BY FAR this is the WORST Kroger and Grocery store I have been to. The store was poorly stocked. With a store full of people they close the cash registers and ONLY have self checkout! After complaining ONE register is opened. I get my receipt and realized they charged me twice for something, I ask for customer service and was told it is CLOSED so I can’t get my money back until tomorrow. As long as you have CUSTOMERS you should have CUSTOMER SERVICE! It should NOT CLOSE until the store closes! And definitely not tell a customer they CANT get their own money back. A cashier should have been available to AT LEAST do refunds on such cases. I get home to enjoy some chips and Guacamole, only for the guacamole to be Spoiled! This store deserves a negative 10 stars

They have very good variety. The vegetables are always fresh. Cheaper than many places. Courteous and help you to the car. Great people.

I hate shopping at this place. Rude employees. They said they had 20% off on 6 or more bottles of wine. Was told you had to pre-order and would not honor. Told them they could keep their wine and I will never buy alcohol from them again. This was a horrible experience with their employees. I also hate them mixing their click it deals with their other digital coupons. I will be staying away from Kroger and this is not my go to store anymore. There are too many other stores to go to in the area which treat you much better. Good bye Kroger. You stink!

Do NOT go to this clicklist. They gave me ROTTEN fruit, made me wait and extra hour and a half to get my groceries. THEN when I called about the rotten fruit that I wanted to replace, all they wanted to give me was 200 Kroger gas points. Refused to refund me back for the rotten items and accused me of lying. Spoke to the store manager after that and he didn’t offer a solution either. Overall worse experience I’ve ever had at a click list. Will not be returning.

Great store especially after the update and the fact that they have a ton of self checkouts and scan ad you go make it a lot easier to go in and out and avoid the massive lines for checkout. Lady in the balloon department is awesome and so are the other staff store is also well stocked

Everyone is friendly & knowledgeable, eager to help. I like what they have to offer & rarely have to go elsewhere. I shop specials usually & have ecoupons so pricing is good for me.

I tried the curbside delivery for the first time today. The procedure seemed simple enough, I placed my order on-line and scheduled to pick up the groceries bethe following morning. I arrived at the curbside loading area and called the number posted on the sign to get an attendant. There was no answer. There was however an attendant loading a car next to mine and let me know that they were running behind and she would run inside and print my order. While waiting approximately 5-10 minutes in my car I received a reminder text from Kroger to pickup my groceries! I then went into the store to speak with the manager. When I was greeted by the manager, I explained that this was my first time using curbside delivery and questioned how long it would take to collect my order and have an attendant bring it to my car. At this point in the conversation with the manager the attendant was spotted taking my order to the car. The manager then escorted me to my car and helped the attendant load my groceries into the vehicle. The manager apologized for the inconvenience and told me that this rarely ever happens. He made it clear that the customer (me) should not have to leave the car and enter the store with curbside delivery service.I then took the 15 minute drive home and unloaded the groceries. I double checked the receipt against what was in my bags - and surprise - two items were missing and I as charged for an item I never ordered (and yes, I was charged for all the items). The first item was a deli sandwich, which again, I never ordered. The second item(s) were two ribeye steaks. The total for the steaks and sandwich was $34.00. After learning of this error, I then drove back to the store located at 6200 HWY 6 in Missouri City, TX (Corner of HWY 6 and Murphy) to again speak with the manager. When I entered the store I asked one of two clerks, who had no customers and were visiting with each other, to call the manager to the front of the store. They told me to have the person in customer service call the manager. I then stood in line at customer service and had the worker there call the manager. When the manager appeared (same individual as I spoke with previously) I told him of the error and my experience with the two clerks sending me to customer service. I then explained that the half hour round-trip plus gas to return to the store because of their mistake was unacceptable. He apologized and returned my money for the three items that were charged to my bill.Of course, no compensation was made for my time, gas, and mileage for Kroger’s error.As a first time customer of curbside delivery (and a last time customer of Kroger) I am appalled at how this whole transition unfolded. I would have been better off and saved time and gas just shopping for my groceries the traditional way.Kroger has permanently lost a customer who shops for a family of four. I will be taking all my future business to their competitors.

I have been to this location 3 times. Each time the staff was very friendly and asked if they could help me find anything. Prices seem to be a little higher than H-E-B, but it may just be the specific items I was buying. I Would recommend to anyone.

This Kroger is pretty consistent. My only issue with them is that sometimes they have stock in the wrong place and you dont know it until you get to the register. Other than that, I have no issues with them.

The employees were great and so willing to host during the hard time during hurricane Harvey. I would definitely keep shopping here.

I like this Kroger location because it has been around for a couple decades. Ive been coming here since I first moved to the area 20 years ago and the inside of the store still has the old style/small town feel to it. They have everything you need and the employees are always on point with helping you.

Cashiers and the blonde haired woman at the self serve checkout need to be trained in customer service.Not nice or helpful.

I have shopped here for 10 years. It is convenient. Before the last 6 months I would have given the store 5 stars. Not any more. Out of stock on many things. The fresh meat counter stinks. Customer service is deplorable.

This place is packed with coupons type deals for food and other items that are much needed and the people are very caring and professional when it comes to whatever you need, they also have very fresh food and produce, they have a fresh meat counter, and much much more.

The Flower Dept. Is the Best. Sara is very helpful and informative to All flowers and ararrangements. For flower ooccasions its been my go to place to get flowers or a plant for my mom n law. Thx.

Terrible excuse for a business. Shelves not stocked or items are on the very top shelf in the back where you cant possibly reach them. Grocery sackers have no idea how to pack a bag. Tomatoes or bread dropped in between 2 2 liter bottles. It has gotten to where I have taken it upon my self to teach them. I watch then like a hawk. Shopping carts are littering the parking lot and you have to get out of your car and move some just to have a place to park.

I thought Krogers required employees and customers to wear mask?? I was surprised to see some wasnt.

I usually go to the other Krogers on Sweetwater, but this store has the best strawberries. I have no idea why, but they are so sweet and fresh compared to elsewhere. I have been shopping here more and more since Strawberry season hit, and that is what brings me back. Cashiers here are more friendly, and it feels much newer than other locations.

Mr. Kurt Gore is a terrible manager! Tried to talk to this guy about constantly being out of products and all I heard was excuse after excuse. I have been shopping at this location for 8 years and when the previous GM was here (Mr. Marino) the store was running like a well-oiled machine. Now, they are out of bread, certain sodas, bacon, produce (even lemons and avocados) grass-fed butter and Private Selection ham Wildflower ham & turkey. There are ALWAYS baskets flying around the parking lot, long lines inside and never enough help at the deli or around the store. Clearly he doesnt believe in staffing the store. Carlos that works at the customer service counter is so rude and has no place being in a customer service environment. Most Krogers are friendly and provide a nice shopping experience but not here. Krogers remove this man from your store before he costs you customers. The HEB at Sienna Mart has way better service!!!!!

I would give store 5 stars but i always seperate my purchases so meat will be with meat, dry goods with dry goods, etc..but...sackers dont seem to get it. All mixed up.
