Always delighted to visit vishala Indian grocery store. They have fresh vegetable through out the week compare to other bigger Indian grocery store. Store owner is very friendly and listen to your suggestion or if you have any concern.Small store but they have all products that you need on daily bases. I personally like to visit small businesses as you get more out of it compare to bigger business. Thank you for great customer services.

Just another below average place to shop Indian Groceries. Vegetables could have been more fresher. When something is on sale, IT MEANS DONT BUY AND SCREW UP YOUR HEALTH FOR A buck or two that you think you save. I think most of the products are priced ok for the quality of the product that is sold here - You know what I mean! Some vegetables are fungus infested or not fresh, the price is marked down to sell it.Space is certainly tight here to navigate and on weekends, it gets little difficult with even a few people in the shop.

Worst customer service, lady at the front cashier was so rude, never greet or talk properly to their customers. I been noticing this attitude since long time but never said anything but during my recent visit to this Indian Grocery I was just checking my receipt after completing the check out and the payment, to make sure everything is correctly charged. I didnt even ask her anything and all of sudden she says to me let me show you how to read it, I said I know how to read receipt and Im just looking to make sure everything I bought is been charged correctly. And she says incase you think we charged more let me tell you how to READ IT. I was like why are you so rude. I did second transaction for my mom and paid via credit card while I was putting the grocery in my cart she threw the second receipt at the table and didnt even bother to mention that your receipt is right here. I bought almost $160.00 worth of grocery and no customer service, even the owner of the store was standing right there and I told him straight up that you guys need to take care of your customer service but they both didnt even bother to apologize or give proper response back to me. Never going back there again for their so called DIWALI SALE. TRUST ME you can find better sale price on other Indian Grocery store with good and friendly CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great pricing on products. Not sure why there were negative comments. Almost every other thing was on sale! Not a lot of variety to choose from but a very convenient location with great value!

Its an Indian grocery store. There was sale on Navratri festival. There was discounted products. I saved some money.

This was my first visit to Vishala Grocery and I found the staff to be very helpful. They helped me with several selections and were very friendly. The store was very clean and it was very well stocked. It was organized in such a way that everything made sense to me as to where it was. As small as the interior of the store is they have a great selection.

Small store with a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Its a quick in and out store to pick up last minute items.

The aroma when you walk in is wonderful! They had fresh samosa on the counter and it was great! I also bought a bag of peanut bhujia. Basically spicy battered peanuts. Cant wait to try them. I watch the sugar and sodium intake so I have to read the labels, some items can get a little high in those, especially sodium. But the variety of great food is amazing! They have a small selection of fresh produce and some dairy items. You should give them a visit especially if you like spicy foods.

Good selection of Indian/ethnic groceries and vegetables. However, the male cashiers need to learn a few customer service skills; they are reluctant to promote their loyalty cards which is supposed to apply discounts on select items. They never voluntarily offer it to new customers. This apparently is because unlike the remaining four branches, this is a Franchise (according to one of the locations).

Indian marketplace for every item you could possibly want.I had an I needed on 1 particular day of the year which isnt usually available. But these guys had it on a limited time. Solved my purpose all right.I can rely on their stock during special festivals.

Be careful when you go here they charge twice on products. I understand if it happens once but three times this doesnt seem like a mistake. They deliberately charge you twice. Check your receipts when you go shopping here.

I have recently started going to Vishala store. I love the prices in comparison to every other Indian store around. This location is small n little cramped but manageable. I really respect the owner, he always work well with everyone. Really good businessman.There are 2 cashiers here n I m specifically writing for the slim girl. She looks like she doesn’t care or pay much attention but not true. She is smart n attentive that way, however if you don’t pay attention to the stuff you are purchasing, she would put a wrong price. And the wrong price never goes on the lower side. It’s always 2-4 dollars on higher side.Please pay attention, once I asked her that I paid less amount for the same stuff she fixed it immediately as if she knew she made the mistake on purpose n get caught. It doesn’t seem natural. The stuff is always/mostly pooja related items. And this happened multiple times.3 items were corrected n that took off $10 dollars from the total bill which I would have end up paying if not paid attention.I will make sure will not go to her ever again.I do not have this sharp memory to keep track of how much I pay. She is a new person, never seen her before. Rest is all good, please keep up the good work and thank you Vishala for giving us fresh vege’s.

I love this grocery..They are good at treating customers well..Today i bought samosas from vishala grocery and those were stinging.Samosa stuffing was smelling bad .. i usually love their store food items, didnt expect this from their side.. please be careful when you sell fresh food, we trust n buy things from there.

They have everything I need, and they go out of their way to get it if sometimes I need something they dont have. Their prices are unbeatable! I cannot imagine going anywhere else for Indian groceries in Sugar Land.

Very kind staff. I have always found what I needed and early on the owner took a lot of effort to deligently note down missing items and would always stock them next time. The only problem I have had is with Rice. On a couple of occasions the rice had bugs in them.

Mr jagrut bhai is best owner in this store. I buy today swad cullcutie pan its so much good.

Go on Wednesdays and Sundays after 1 pm to buy fresh vegetables here. Give them a call before you go as some times the stock comes late.

We recently moved from Texas city to westheimer road. I used to shop from Vishala at webster ( newly opened store) the veggies were so fresh and so cheap. This time my husband bought some from Vishala in the Missouri city. I must say the veggies are not at all fresh and are really over priced. Please Vishala have some common price on all your stores atleast in and around houston. Never gonna shop in Missouri city again !!!
