Wretched customer service from the secretary as well as changing stories after she made a billing mistake. When I tried to call to settle the matter, she was unwilling to help resolve the matter. After figuring out her mistake myself from piecing together the ever changing stories, we paid the bill and only asked for an apology in return. All we received...more made up stories.
