The guy that helped me was fine. Problem was a 30 minute wait to be helped by him. Only one person working in the store. Kinda sad to wait half an hour just to pay my bill.

I saw an add smart phone for a penny $35 a month. It was the best prepaid deal around. This is one of the few phone companies thatwork good all over this area. My old phone didnt have service in Huntsville or Macon

The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because the people are friendly. That being said, what I dont like is how they sell you a product, and the gentleman literally told me they would stand behind their products, sold me a liquid screen protector after I asked about one of their stick on screen protectors. He told me how much better it is and how everyone there used them. Blah blah blah. Next time I will just buy the screen protector I originally wanted to buy because I dropped my phone and the screen shattered. Boom..one drop. Wasnt more than 3 or 4 feet from the ground. How depressing and frustrating. I used to love US Cellular. Im on my sisters plan but Im really considering dropping my line and just going somewhere else. This is twice that they have sold me a product, something went wrong and they wont stand behind it. Yes I have insurance but why should I have to pay $100+ when I was told by their service rep that they stand behind their product. Obviously not.

They are awesome and way better than the location on Hwy 24. I will NEVER go to the Hwy 24 location again!

Us cellular is so horrible! Whoever owns or is in charge of operating the stores in moberly just out right sucks. What you pay and what you get is a rip off and there service in stores is pathetic. Im going back to boost mobile. Zero stars
