I ordered Double Doozie cookies for a gender reveal and wanted the inside icing to be blue. They understood what I wanted and did awesome. My gender reveal was perfect because of them. ❤️

My experience at this great American cookies was HORRIBLE !! Customer service was a 0/0.. Me and 2 of my friends walked in, no greeting or anything really didn’t think much of it but then keep in mind it’s about 15 minutes before closing and all I wanted was a scoop of ice cream and a cookie.. they ignored me like me and my friends weren’t even there so I finally said something and they proceed to tell me that “sorry but we close in like 10 seconds” I said well I’ve been standing here for 15 minutes and instead of apologizing and acknowledging their mistake he proceeds to say “We’ve had a long day” at that point I was very upset and will not be coming here again. On top of that the woman that was scooping the ice cream stood before us 4 times pushing ice cream down in the tubs and did not once ask us what we wanted.. very POOR customer service.

I’m from Mississippi. I stopped here to try the cookies. Ordered peanut butter, sprinkle sugar cookie and m&m cookie placed over the phone and sent my daughter in to pick up. When I got home, they gave me chocolate chip cookie instead of m&m. I don’t like the cookies because it has a strong after taste.

Tasty cookies, tad pricey, but they are really yummy!
