Still waiting on an order and it has been 2 months and I furnished the shirts. I have called and emailed and received no response. The two times I did get through on the phone they promised to call me back. Still waiting on that call. I even went by and spoke to Dennis personally and he promised he would handle my order himself. Got a response to an email telling me they burned the screens on the 15th and will have ready early next week. Called and emailed 3 times this week and still no call back and no shirts. Terrible service and communication.

Most un-professonal company I had to work with in 20 years. Order 1) sweatshirts logo was spotted and ink was not laid down evenly. Order 2) Logos were crooked & off center on half of the order. Gary is a real piece of work, rude when he did respond and took no responsibility even after I sent photos of the poor quality. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Can not for the life of me understand how Dennis and Gary run this business. Ive used Inkworks several times in the last 2 years and never had this kind of problem. Inkworks was convenient to me when I had a job that my small shop couldnt handle. Well this last experience has been a nightmare! Sent a small order of shirts to be printed on July 16th, was told they were to be printed on July 28th, which was perfect because it was for a school and school didnt start until Aug 3. Well they didnt get printed on the 28th. I was told they had machines down and had to wait for them to be fixed. Noted, ive been in this warehouse before and i know they have several autos and a couple manuals. So i was kinda dumbfounded when i was told they couldnt print anything. Anyways, I was told they would be printed over the weekend after equipment was fixed. Called the following monday, not printed yet. called again in 2 days... still nothing and no one can tell me when they would be printed. I was on standby and just waiting for them to call and i would drive over to pick up. Overall its been almost 3 weeks since the 28th and call this morning and said Dennis can have them done on thursday! Guess what, I dont need them now cause my customer cancelled and i had to return deposit! Dennis apparently blocked my number on friday also! i was promised calls back, never got any calls back! So this morning I told them to just mail my shirts back to me. This is absolutely ridiculous! I dont treat my customers this way, i would never! I guess they only print for Walmart now. Ive never been so angry and disgusted with a company. NO COMMUNICATION! NO CALLS BACK! And if you ever meet Gary, he is such a nice guy to you. They gave me a tour of their building when I first came to pick up an order. Like how do you treat your customers like this now? I lost a job, I doubt it means anything to them. But to a small local print shop, it definently hurts me!

Dennis and his team are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They provide fast turnaround, and the end product is always high quality. They are my apparel decorator of choice for my business. I highly recommend!

Listen to the rest of the reviews here - Ive had multiple negative experiences with them (specifically Gary) over the past few months. You have better options than InkWorks. Ill be taking my business somewhere else nearby.

Very poor communication. They told us we needed a minimum order of 36 t shirts, we had over 60 shirts. Gary would not respond to us and then told us that the turn around time we wanted was not reasonable. However I believe 3 months is more than reasonable. Gary was very rude to us and told us that our order was not worth their time. I do not recommend Inkworks and if you do decide to do business with them I would Highly not recommend Gary.

I spoke to Gary on the phone seemed pleasant gave me his email address. I emailed him what I needed done on 12.6.18. Never received a response. I emailed him again asking for an update 1.3.19. He said that they couldnt do it in a timely matter. Mind you this is one shirt and I never gave a timeline. I asked when can they have it done, he responded sometime in March because they are very busy doing orders for Wal-Mart

I honestly cant say too many nice things about this place. It has some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered and the overall failure to execute on anything at all was actually mind blowing for me. The two stars are only because they did finally complete the order after more than two months of back and forth including an innumerable amount of phone calls (literally NO RETURNED CALLS EVEN WHEN A MESSAGE WAS LEFT). I really dont know how they are still in business.

This company has poor communication and says one thing on the phone and another in an email. They messed up our order as well and caused it to be even further delayed. I used based off the fact they are a provider for someone I know and did not use either of my friends in the business, however this was a big mistake. On the phone we discussed Gilden and in an email I was quoted some poor quality shirts as a price match. I am sorry, but a shirt of poorer quality is not an equal match. I hope the people who get these shirts dont fuss too much because I am not happy I even have to give them to them. They represent my group poorly and I will not do business with them again. They did apologize, but that was a little too late and not enough especially considering I still have no shirts, but they have managed to get other shirts to our school. If you have a contract with a school you should keep their colors in stock, however they must not because I kept being told they had to order. Ridiculous...

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!I have waited WEEKS for a quote.Morgan is the person working my deal,I planned to order HUNDREDS of shirts too.Its like this place doesnt want your money,and from reading other reviews, they dont givea shir about the quality of shirts. I even have 50+ blank itemswaiting to be printed on. Terrible business, avoid these people!

An online company misplaced our order and didnt inform us until the evening before our event. Inkworks moved mountains and printed shirts for us in one day and they were perfect!

This company is terrible. Sent them an order for a large client. They printed the wrong blue in spite of being clearly stated on the purchase order in two places and then would not return calls or emails. Customer received the shirts and informed us that the 2XLs were completely missing. After repeated phone calls and unanswered emails we replaced the shirts at our expense. They have had those shirts for two months now and when push came to shove today after asking when the shirts would be printed we were first told by Teresa that their machine broke down and they needed to send out for parts. When I asked them if all five machine broke down at the same time I then received a call back from Carol who said she was the owner and I was told they would not be printing the shirts because they were less than their minimum. Minimum? I guess that they have no problem with not correcting their mistake. Coincidently I have a copy of there price list and on it states 1 is the minimum so not sure why 22 shirts is less than minimum. I have been in business for 32 years and I value a good vendor that stands behind their work. This is definitely not the case with InkWorks.
