The only impression Eleda left us was disappointment and UN-professionalism. After paying her a deposit, she never returned our calls, made every excuse in the book, never even met with us at our location and never sent any designs or flowers. After demanding and receiving full payment, it turns out she had done absolutely nothing. 2 DAYS before our wedding reception, there was nothing done and she decided to ditch us and return our money. Very unprofessional, amateur, inefficient and untrustworthy. Luckily another professional decorator came and saved the day. If you want your events done right and stress free, dont contact her unless you want a unique experience that involves false promises and poor communication.
