Owner was nice. Sales associate was not. Lots of parking & beautiful merchandise.

The owner and the shop are so delightful! I could spent hours there, looking at every ornament and other Christmasy things. Price range is very reasonable as well. The dog at the entrance is the cutest thing ever, please give her a pet whenever you go.

This was a trip for my mother and I. It was really neat. Price points vary. They also carry themes for just about any theme. Most of their ornaments are individually sold. My favorite section was the Department 56 Village Assortment. Very cool. We plan on returning before Christmas.

A city treasure found in Mobile, Alabama. Year round Christmas decorations including Easter and Halloween. Great assortment but bring your wallet for the very nice items. They offer a densely packed, but very large selection of items. Its worth the trip just to see what is here. Very beautiful items.

If you love Christmas, (or any holiday)this is a must stop shop! Everything you can dream of is there. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Mr. Moore is always happy to stop and chat. At Christmas he even showed us pictures of his Christmas tree at home with his vintage ornaments. I fell in love with a specialty coffee and when he found out I live 3 hours away, he offered to ship it to me if I ran out. Will make the trip there every year from now on!!

Christmas Town is like Disney World. If you dont shop here and leave with a smile, you have problems. Just an awesome place to look at all the stuff. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even the dog is friendly!

I bought a Christmas vacation village piece online in May of 2021. I was told there was a delay, which I could understand. I received an email stating the item would be shipped on June 1st. I never received my item. I sent multiple emails to the company with no response. In July, I had to contact my credit card company to file a dispute to get my money back. Very unprofessional…

Whenever my mother comes into town after the holidays she loves coming here. I must say from walking in we met one worker who was extremely helpful in what my mother was looking for. After doing some more browsing and checking out we were then assisted with (I assume) the owner and he was also very helpful carrying out our large purchase placing it in the car. I appreciate that kindness and helpfulness!

My sister in law and I went recently for my birthday. The staff was so friendly and very helpful and patient while I looked at elves for an hour. The selection of Christmas items is wonderful. I will be back

Its got multiple beautiful decorum, figurines, some merchandise for the holiday season, its clean, the people there are very nice, it has many gift ideas to choose from. Ive shopped there dozens of times. Even for window shopping, its fun to visit.

This place is like magic for me. I love Christmas and Robert Moore is Christmas every day filled with everything you could imagine for the holiday. Came here years ago as a kid (live in Louisiana) and now brought my kids. Cant say enough good things about the store or the staff. Five stars only because I cannot give it six. If you like Christmas stop by but plan on spending some time here.

The lighting is not so good you really cant tell what youre looking at in the store till you get it outside in the daylight very packed to the walls without items sometimes difficult to go down lanes because of other people looking too much clutter

Beautiful store. Went out of our way for a visit after seeing the gorgeous tree in the Alabama welcome center. You could get lost in this Christmas wonderland for days. Perfect for finding unique gifts!

You deserve to visit at least once

This is an AWESOME store! It is truly a place to stop, shop, and see. There are decorations and collectables for all seasons. It was my moms favorite store, and we would shop there when I was young (and I am over 60 now). Their extensive selection of Christmas items is second to none. We love the collectable ceramics, music boxes, figurines, and art. Not only is the selection inspirational, but the staff is wonderful too. Definitely a place to stop when traveling.

Robert Moore and Co offer a great example of the benefits of shopping with local ownership. Much higher quality, selection and much more knowledgeable staff than you would ever find at a Big Box retail establishment. A real favorite for many many years.

Amazing year-round Christmas and décor store filled with every type and kind of Christmas decoration you could imagine. Of special note is their huge Department 56 village display and inventory and, unexpectedly, beautiful collections of fine porcelain and crystal. Well worth the trip no matter where youre coming from.

Plan to spend several hours when you visit this store!!!!!! My favorite corner is the Halloween section! I collect Dept 56 lighted houses, and every fall, I add new houses when they come out. The staff are always on hand to give ideas and help you find things. I get ideas from the displays in the store, and go home and try to recreate the scene. A trip to this place will lift your spirits - even if they are Ghostly.
