I saw my friend post about this place so I had to take my wife to try out this place. Weve been to a few different ones in the south and we were pretty fond of the way they made the ice cream with nitrogen on top of having it with fruity pebbles. The premium base flavor of vanilla is definitely not there. The vanilla had no flavor and we mostly tasted the fruity pebbles. They do stand out with the waffle tacos because I havent seen that at other places. I like the atmosphere of the place to a certain point. Those nitrogen tanks are everywhere. Normally, I see the tanks hidden in the back somewhere but theyre out behind the counter and lined up along the walls by the bathrooms. I do like the idea of bringing this to Mobile, well give this place another try and hopefully itll be a better experience.

Such a fun place. When we first arrived a little overwhelmed with the number of customers.Picking up the order form was the easy party. Making a decision :-( this just means we will have to go back for more visits.Sitting and waiting on the order was almost like being in a sci-fi movie. You could hear the noise from the mixer as it mixed the cream and toppings. Slowly flowing all around the workers was a fine smoke filling the back area.Our wait was approximately 23 minutes from beginning to end. Lets just say it was WELL WORTH the wait.I went with my traditional chocolate ice cream with mini m&ms tipped with caramel and whip cream

The wait was way too long. My family and I waited a little over an hour for our ice cream and it wasnt because they were busy. The employee gave us an apology and tax free purchase during our next visit. I personally dont think the time I would spend waiting during the next visit would be worth getting only 10% off. As far as the taste goes, it was okay.

You gotta go to this place! We went because it is one of few that offers a dairy free frozen treat (my wife and I cant have dairy), and they mix the milk (in our case almond milk) while blasting it with liquid nitrogen to make icecream. It was awesome! Steam going everywhere....its like getting a free show with your dessert purchase. We got vanilla with strawberries, perfect amount of sweetness, not overdone like fro-yo so often is. Highly recommend!

The service was friendly and the prices werent bad considering how much ice cream you actually get. I would recommend sharing if you arent a huge sweets person because the amount you get is large and it is very rich. Overall enjoyed the experience.

Most amazing ice cream EVER! Extremely fresh and made right before your eyes. Reasonably priced and employees were very pleasant. Plenty of toppings, ice cream flavors, and ways to eat it to choose from. Would greatly recommend.

Super great of you guys to leave your Google business listing with normal hours when youre closed for an entire season. Drove 30 minutes to see a sign saying closed for the winter taped to the door. In May. Its 90 degrees out. Do whatever you want with your business, but stop wasting peoples time. It takes 2 mintues to update your business hours.

Just came from my 3rd visit in as many weeks, so you can tell this place is phenomenal! Seeing them make the ice cream alone would be worth the trip. But also, the ice cream taste is almost indescribable: so smooth and creamy, with seemingly endless possible flavor combinations to satisfy ANYONE. My favorite is the brownie batter base! They have sugar free and vegan options too. Just make sure not to come too close to closing time if youre in a rush, as they can get backed up on a busy night (like a Saturday). But this is because every order is made completely custom to you, and I promise it is worth the wait. Ice cream lovers of West Mobile should rejoice and hurry to Scooped right away!

I Moved to Mobile, Alabama about a year ago and have been trying to find and good ice cream place since and for the time being I would just settle for Dairy Queen. Once scooped open my girlfriend and I decided to try it and ever since our first visit we tend to stop by at least twice a week. The environment is fun and welcome, the staff is friendly and helpful for any first-timers. I would highly recommend this place to all ice cream fans.

It was our first visit and it was fantastic. Yes it is a niche place but you feel like youre eating fresh ice cream...BECAUSE YOU ARE! Go try it out, i promise you will like it.

This is my second time here where I waited an hour or more. The first time I got a refund, thanks...this is the second to give it an honest attempt. If the ice cream is worth the ridiculous rate I will write better review. I can’t imagine ice cream being good enough to wait this long. I understand the process is more lengthy but again, I can’t imagine it being that good. So this review is not to be reflective of the product, just the wait. The staff could have given us a heads up...that would have been nice. Patiently waiting.....

This is some of the best ice cream you can possibly get in the area. Cammies Old Dutch is the only other real contender. The process they use to make the ice cream creates such a ridiculously smooth texture. Lots of choices and tastes great.They also have a vegan option to help with those that follow that diet or that have lactose intolerance. This is one of the only places if not the only place that offers that sort of ice cream which is a massive plus.

The ice cream was delicious! The employees were so kind and welcoming to our family. The there were so many options to choose from. We all got the ice cream tacos, which were so big and so yummy! Kids and adults all loved it!

I enjoyed the most delicious ice cream here! So rich and creamy, just like homemade ice cream! I chose the cheesecake with strawberries. It was also fun to watch them make the ice cream with the nitrogen process!🍧

I took my aunt and myself here yesterday evening ....We both had the salted caramel ice cream in a taco cone. The ice cream was very good the ONLY issue we had was both of the cones were burnt . We didnt want to make a big deal about it though. My aunt nicely mentioned it and the nice guy at the counter brought over another cone but for some reason all of them were burnt on one side .Other than that the place was very clean all of the employees were so nice and welcoming . Will definitely go back !

Definitely get what you pay for. There are order forms when you first walk in so make sure to fill those out. Awesome place and very friendly.

Great and unique ice cream! The wait time is a little long but its definitely worth it! The girls working had a pretty large crowd but they handled it well. I got the ammareto ice cream with marshmallows and almonds mixed in, and Carmel on top and it was some of the best ice cream Ive ever had! I could have went for more marshmallows but thats just me lol. We will be back in a few weeks!

It’s so good. Everyone’s super friendly and they walked me through the menu and helped me decide (I’m very indecisive). Their ice cream taco is amazing, it’s messy but very good!

This is a great place to get ice cream. I personally recommend the strawberry as it is made with REAL strawberries. The service is great and the ice cream is too.

VEGAN OPTIONS! Almond milk ice cream it’s a dream come true, no more having to buy small cartons for $8 of one flavor, finally can have true ice cream shop ice cream again !! Taste very good ! Reasonable prices (about $8 ish but I get like 5 toppings and it’s extra charged haha) Every time I’ve have gone have only had to wait about 10-15 minutes max surprisingly !Positive update: I’ve now been there at least 6 times and I’ve been extremely happy every time!!! I’m excited for the next time I can go!

Fabulous & Fun!

This place has been our cool down spot this summer!!! We cannot wait to return before the summer is out! We have had friends and out of town visitors and family come with us to share in this amazing experience!!!The place is super clean and the staff is so courteous! I have to say that they have definitely streamlined some things to make the speed of receiving the Icecream even better! Also, visit at different times of the day because I’m telling you the Icecream is the absolute best!!!! Don’t let a long wait time prevent you from enjoying- trust me you’d be missing out! I’m not even an Icecream person and I LOVE their Icecream. Even tried the vegan and it was delicious too! My daughters are already telling me that when school starts back this is where they want to go for their weekly reward for good behavior or good grades!!! Winning!!!

The ice cream was good, but the place was noisy because the mixer kept going on and off and its loud and it makes a screeching sound that drove my husband, who is a welder, crazy! He said it sounded like fingernails scratching a chalk board and he almost had to go outside because it bothered him so much when we sat down to wait, which was close to the mixer. They need to have the mixer(s) in a separate room or fix it so that it doesnt make the screeching noise and it echoes inside. Another issue was the ordering process... when you walk in you see a large menu on the wall to the right next to the register; not the ordering forms which are in a bin on a standing poster to the left. They should either move the stand to the right, close to the giant menu on the wall and have a big Start Here sign so you know to grab a order form, and they should provide pens/ pencils because you write your name at the top of the form and then mark what you want on the form, or they could have an employee there to help people with the numbered ordering process. They also need multiple mixers and employees when they have a crowd waiting for their order, especially on a Saturday, because we had to wait a long time and I only saw one guy that was using the mixer and one girl handling the register. While we waited for our order I did see another girl come in to help them but the place was already full of customers when we walked in and some of them were waiting for their order.
