We purchased a mattress/box spring set from The Sleep Center last weekend and could not be more pleased. We were assisted with our purchase by April who devoted complete attention to all of our questions, made excellent suggestions and worked tirelessly to help us get a delivery on the same day as the sale since we were not from Mobile and needed the new mattresses in place at our daughter’s house while we were in town. Our purchase was a complete pleasant experience and the two young men who delivered the mattresses and set up the new bed were also cordial and went beyond normal expectations to get everything just right..I recommend The Sleep Center and April to anyone with no reservations. It’s a good place to do business.

April was sooo nice and soo patient with me! Best customer service ever! I had went to a mattress store prior purchased some mattresses about 4 weeks ago and have yet to received my mattresses. I inform her of this, she told me she would take care of me and she did just that! Ill be getting my mattresses this Monday. I am so excited. Great customer service hands down!

First was a nightmare !!!! We bought a 12,000.00 sleep number bed. I 10 . Waited 3 weeks to get it, got rid of our bed the day before delivery. NOTHING WORKED and mattress was defective. They would do nothing but make us wait 3 more weeks. (( refund)) !!!!! . I went into sleep center and talked to David Wilkens. Told him our situation. Almost a month now without a bed. Willing to buy top of the line temperpedic. This was a thurs. Afternoon, not only did we have our new bed the following monday but he also offered to let us us 2 loaner bases(king size bed) until our new bases came in. Did not have to happen because he went above and beyond to get 2 new ones from another sleep center store. Granted situations may not let this kind of service possible every time but we are MOST DEFINITELY SATISFIED WITH OUR SLEEP CENTER EXPERIENCE!!!!! THANKS AGAIN DAVID !!! For everyone. STAY AWAY FROM SLEEP NUMBER ITS JUNK !!!!!!!
