Very cool environment. Cesar was very helpful. There was pandemic related delay to my cars repair due to parts availability but that wasnt Caliber Collisons fault. Initially the repair to my cars front end looked glorious (I still get compliments!), but two days after picking up my car the hood became misaligned. Im taking it back so the shop can put it back.

I recently visited Caliber Collision on the corner of E & 10th Street and was blown away with their excellent service. My truck (maroon in color) was slightly scraped while parked by the misjudgment of a young lady trying to park her (white) car. I ended up with her paint imbedded into my truck. I was returning from vacation in Utah and as I drove through Vegas my front windshield was damaged from someone throwing a rock. I made it home and just had a new windshield put in the day before it was hit in the parking lot. You can imagine my frustration! As I was scheduling an appointment one of the technicians overheard my conversation with the office personnel and asked me to show him the damage. After checking it out he asked for my keys and said he’d be right back. He returned a short time later and to my surprise you couldn’t even tell anything had happened. The staff wouldn’t even accept a payment. I was one very happy and blessed woman. They were truly my Angels that day and I will always be grateful. I will definitely utilize their services in the future should I need it and will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you again Caliber Collision!

They were extremely professional, nice and I think his name was “Bill” went out of his way to find the right parts for a reasonable price. They kept us informed the whole step of the way so we were not left hanging/guessing. The job looks really nice. Our car is a 2004 Toyota so I didn’t know if they could find paint that matches. I thought our car would look “two tone” but it doesn’t at all. The color match was outstanding and we are extremely happy with the repairs. Thank you!!

I have pictures of when i dropped off my car, when i picked it up i noticed a scratch on my passenger driver side from reinstalling the door handles, i went back the next day and the guy from the office said he’d let diana know to give me a call to see what they could do, its been a month i even called my insurance and they havent got back to me

I made a quick stop to Caliber Collision this morning to ask about the rear fender on my Mustang. The two panels of the fender had somehow separated, but there was no obvious reason for the damage. The office staff quickly and professionally responded to my request, and sent a VERY kind man to look at the damage and help me determine a course of action. He stepped up... He looked for dents and the possible cause for the damage, but found nothing. He then popped the two panels back together, buffed out the little scuff with rubbing compound and made it look as good as new. Im a very happy customer. Thanks!!

I got into an accident with my van and brought the Caliber Collision to get fixed. When I got the van back the paint and bumper alignment was not what any person will expect. I had to come back twice and still have issues with what they had worked on. Just look at the pictures that I attached to this review.

Believe it or not Caliber has fixed my car 3 times. But anyways the work they do is just awesome. I recommend them a 100 times over

I recommend this place for anything, went in for small damage from a wreck and was very happy with outcome. The people I dealt with were very professional and courteous. A few months after they finished the work on my truck I had a fog lamp fall out. I called and asked if it was covered and they said to bring it in. Not only did they replace the fog lamp, they replaced both aftermarket led lights since one was pulled out. I would give 10 stars if possible.

Fantastic service and communication throughout the process of getting our car repaired after my elderly Mom was rear-ended. They took great care of her during the short waits, coordinated flawlessly with insurance, kept us up to date on every new development, and even saved us from having to coordinate our rental car return. They even noticed when wed left personal items in our rental at the very end of the day and called to let us know theyd be at the front desk.Special shout out to Rene for making the entire thing so easy.

Decided to try them after having issues after getting repairs done at a different local shop twice in a row. Excellent, frequent communication and they cleaned my car inside and out! I had no issues with the insurance side (State farm).

Took my truck here after an accident because my insurance recommended it. Worst place ever, never again will take another car. It took them longer than what they said. Finally after 2 months they called that truck was ready. The day after I’ve picked up the truck i took it to work. While driving on the freeway on the fastest lane the truck just stopped, it lost complete power. Somehow I managed to pulled over to the right side. I had to called a tow truck to take it back to them because the truck would not start again. Once the truck was back again with them, It took another two weeks to have ready. Still after that, the truck continued to have issues. I was back and forth with them that i just decided to go somewhere else.

This is the 2nd time I have had my car repaired at Caliber the Downtown Modesto location specifically. They are preferred by my Insurance Company Farmers. They have a done a great job both times with a fast turn around time and easy drop off and pick up of my rental car. The ladies that work in the front office/receptionist area are friendly and provide amazing customer services which is rare these days. They kept me updated on the status of my car via email and phone. Rene Diaz was my Estimator managed the process all the way through. Hopefully I will not have to see them soon as I would prefer not to have another car accident however if that happens I know where I will continue to give my business to Caliber. Thank you for taking care of me.

I had my car repaired here in 2 weeks time. They promised to fix my car and leave it in the sane condition it was in before my accident. After receiving my car, I obviously noticed that the tint on the passanger window (the side that was getting fixed) was not the same as the tint on my other 4 windows. I brought it up to one of the workers and he said that the window installed was from the factory. Now I have to pay out of pocket to get the same tint shade and ceramic UV protection. I’m not happy at all.

They did an excellent job and cleaned my car before I got it back, nice staff all-around.

Don’t come saying you don’t have any records of anyone with my my name .. look up PADILLA with the KIA SOUL.Horrible workmanship, tried to convince me to take my vehicle with a crease in the bumper that wasn’t there before the damage. After I refused the vehicle they said they’d fix it. Kept it 3 extra days to do so. I went back to get it and found even more issues not to mention, now it has a 2” SQUARE DENT Where they “tried” to repair the crease with more poor quality work! The manager tried to tell me that they wouldn’t repair it any further even though he admitted IT WAS WORSE THAN BEFORE!I’m shocked at the unprofessionalism here and shocked by how we were treated. The manager (MIGUEL) screamed at us in the parking lot. He was very unprofessional and I actually have him on camera. I also noticed the Paint is a different color where all the repairs were made. They didn’t blend it right and they clearly didn’t match the paint with cards. They also did not make any alternate versions of the color to get a good match (as a professional shop would) The bumper had a piece replaced and get this, THEY DIDN’T EVEN PAINT IT! They left it black plastic instead of titanium gray like it was before! My vehicle now looks like a BASE MODEL Soul and not the + that it is! Wish I could post photos, I have so many of this despicable work!There is red marker UNDER THE CLEAR COAT from where they make the marks on what they are and are not going to fix. REALLY? You don’t clean off the marker before applying the clear coat?? The clear coat on the door panels is blurry. Initially it was blurry and not properly blended, they kept 3 extra days saying they’d correct it and corrected nothing and made other issues WORSE.There is clear coat dried in clumps all over the driver side mirror encasement as well.They refused to fix ANY OF IT, screamed at us and threatened to sue us over telling them we weren’t happy with repairs in front of a customer. I’m sorry but if I’m not happy with poor quality repairs.. I AM SPEAKING ON IT.. IN FRONT OF WHOEVER I WANT!!! I may even sit out front with my vehicle and show everyome the poor work that they do!!!I’m so shocked by the horrible workmanship and unprofessionalism going on here. I see now why google reviews has so many 1 stars .. ALL SAYING THE SAME THING THAT I AM! They give you a car that is not in the same condition it was prior to whatever damages occurred. It’s disgusting to think of how many people that they have tricked into just accepting their cars even though they were unhappy. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!The manager also stated he could care less if they lost AAA’s business! It would be no loss to him. If I’m not mistaking AAA is one of the largest insurance companies out there and in my opinion loss of referrals by them would result in a significant amount of lost income for caliber collision... way to go MIGUEL! If you’re looking for a shop to “restore the rhythm of your life” this is not the place, if you’re looking for mediocre work, poor customer service, and delayed repairs, this is the place to go. This shop has no quality control, they tried to return my car twice with dents and fitment issues. When I finally picked up my car two months later Bill apologized for taking longer than expected and asked me to leave a good review since he says they did a good job with the repairs. After driving off I noticed my car’s break lights, turn signal, and backup cam were not working, I called Bill to let him know but he had no solution instead he was rude and told me to fix it myself. The car has a large smudge in the paint and it seems to be chipping fairly easy, they did not leave my car in the condition it was prior to the accident and will never bring another vehicle to them. Don’t let your insurance bring your car here, find a shop that does quality repairs and doesn’t cut corners like these people. I have a feeling the good reviews are from employees or family members because this shop is trash.

I was rear ended a while back, nothing major but still required work to repair the area damaged on the trunk. Caliber received my vehicle and it took less than two weeks to complete the repair. Furthermore, the team went above and beyond just the repair of the trunk and even repainted my rear bumper (it was faded as most plastic bumpers do these days)!In my opinion Caliber Collision went above and beyond for my repair. I was so very excited to see the condition of my car being better than when I dropped it in. Lisa and the team at the 10th street location did an amazing job! Im planning on taking it back so that the front bumper (also faded) can be repainted as well!

Horrible service and even worse job done on our truck, Took our truck back here twice to fix the crappy job that was done and still our vehicle is messed up. We are currently looking into taking it to another shop to fix what caliber just made worse. I wouldnt recommend this shop even if it was the last shop around. Office personal is rude and the office manager wow shes something else. I really hope that people take these reviews into consideration because I should have done my research before wasting time and money here. I would give a negative * if it allowed me too.

My car was repaired under a auto accident claim. Overall, negative experience. Took longer time to repair vehicle. Mixed communication, lack of communication, and promises to have car finished, then changing completion date at the last minute. I will never recommend this shop to anyone moving forward. The day car was complete, it would not start and had to get a jump. I do not normally do reviews, but i feel this had to be said.

What ever you dont take your vehicle to these people. Our 2016 Malibu has been in and out of this shop multiple times for one repair. Our last encounter this week they lost a payment inbetween them selfs and our insurance company so they held our car hostage. Even when we called Modesto Pd the police laughed and said there was nothing they can do, they get calls weekly about Caliber Collision holding peoples cars. So we paid the missing money out of pocket aprox. $1,300 now hoping we will be reimbursed when the payment has been found. AND GET THIS CALIBER COLLISION my wife was on the freeway 2 days ago and lost all control of the braking and acceleration on the vehicle thank god police officers responded quickly and had to follow her on the freeway till her car eventually stopped. Now our Malibu is at the Chevy dealership getting fixed by professionals. CALIBER COLLISION look at my last name on this review your gonna be seeing it on some court documents soon.

I have had a bad experience. I took my car here to get it repaired from a car accident and it was not fully repaired to its original Condition. So I brought my car back to get it fixed again. The manager of this establishment tried to argue with me saying the damage was already there before the accident. Her actions were very unethical and it was not her place to argue with me about my vehicle being fully repaired or not. This was something that me and my insurance claim agent was supposed to go over. If I could I would give this a negative star but there is no options for that.

Caliber Collision is the worst Body Shop ever and if you have Geico Insurance theyre going to recommend you go there because theyre all in a big old scam just like a big money laundering scheme and then they have Enterprise Rent-A-Car bring you cars and when you drop the car back off they keep charging your insurance for 3 days you dont get your deposit back and they half-assed all the work on your car so beware
