The lady that is in charge if ordering parts told us that she had done so and we took time off work to drop of truck and then was told that she hadnt ordered the parts and that we would have to comeback another day, plus they charge 3% for using a creditcard and wont accept checks

Didnt waste anytime getting the repairs on my challanger started, very professional, really on board when I come to take a look at my car, really respectful when I came to make sure the work is getting done right.

I just went for estimate they were very nice and helped me out now waiting for insurance approval.So far I give them a 5 star for help..

Will never take my vehicle there agian. Not satisfied with there work. Took it back twice and didnt fix the problem. Left over spray in most of my truck.

Didnt attempt customer service until the last visit (pick up) because they ask for a 5 star review. I originally had a higher review for this place but once Steven K. read my original review he called me and told me (didnt ask) to come down and he will explain everything.My first visit, no one was at the front desk, but you could hear employees socializing in the back.My second visit, the front desk tells Steven K. that he will be helping me and Im 2 feet away from Steven and he doesnt tell me hes gonna be with me as soon as he can, instead he tells the Front Desk to tell me that. Like I wasnt even there.They purposefully give you a long estimated time just so they can beat it and so they can ask for a better review for exceeding expected time.The quality of the repair is good. And I originally gave this place 3/5.

They a good job on my husband car. But unfortunately the driver that picked me up caused a accident while driving me to pick up my car which I was injured and I had to have surgery on my knee and my back and knee was injured

I took my truck there to get repaired. I had three estimates and this body shop was the least expensive. I found Josh to be so helpful and nice that I had to give them my business and I’m glad I did!

The workers are horrible found them racing my car while it should be at the shop very rude employees management doesn’t care about how people get treated they just wanna take your money

Wouldnt even give me an estimate the other place did with no problem and when I told them State Farm would be the insurance I would be using they said they wont work with this company..They were no real help they should have been more nice trying to ease my mind that yes were here to help after an accident.☹️

Highly recommend! From the front desk staff to the estimator to the manager to the technicians this shop does exceptional work! I always feel informed and I felt like all of my concerns were addressed. Some automotive shops leave you feeling confused and seem to be untrustworthy but thats the complete opposite of how I felt working with this shop. I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with some auto body shops in the past but I truly felt like my car had a quality repair done in the amount of time they promised. I recommend to all my friends and family!

They had my car 2 weeks just to fix 2 tires and rims, 1 strut. Angry I had to pay for a rental the whole time while they dragged their feet with my repairs!! They took advantage of me bigtime!!

You know I could go on paragraph after paragraph BUT:JUST DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

On September 3rd our car was in a car accident, All state wanted us to use their own body shop (certified collision) they brain washed us (our mistake) to use their body shop because they said it was going to have life time warranty and be faster, so after they gave us an estimate and promised our car would be ready in 4 weeks .....4 weeks later they told us that it wasn’t ready yet, by that time our car rental period was over so we had to find another car to drive while my car was getting fixed, then after another week they kept saying it wasn’t ready, then we spoke to the shop manager “FERNANDO” of the body shop and he said the guy that was working on the car “drop the ball”on our vehicle and they needed to have someone else start to work on it and finish it, and Fernando stated he needed another 4 weeks to finish the project because it was just too big! So weeks passed and almost 3 months later, also AllState giving us excuses and not answering our questions (Tonna Madsen our insurance agent being rude and making unnecessary comments and non professional comments like how that happened to her when she was young and she got over it etc etc instead of helping us out, she also stated that she would never take her car to that shop, so how did she expect us to be safe and happy with this car?) then finally they gave me my car back on November 15.The original estimate to repair was $12,000 so All state didn’t want to pay me full price for my car because they said that still was repairable according to Certified Collision because it had no frame Damage and because it wasn’t more than 80% of the value of my car which for my car i paid around $16,000 just around 2 months before the accident.So when I received my car back, Fernando showed me and gave me copies of how much they spent to repair my car and the total is $17,100, that’s more of what I paid for my car!.But this is not it, after I picked up my car I went to carmax to get an appraisal to see how much is worth now if I want to trade it in because my family and I don’t feel safe In the car anymore, and at Carmax our appraisal offer is for only $10,000 ! They explained in a very detail manner that our car has obvious frame damage on multiple sections of the car frame and they don’t even buy those cars with frame damage to resell, they could buy my car for $10,000 and they would have to send it to an auction right away, they were so amazed to know how an auto insurance lied to us about the car not having frame damage and being repairable for more money of what the car cost, CarMax people told us is not safe at all to be driving the car with my 1 year old baby in it.Be aware of this liars and their sketchy and non responsable shops, Now my car makes a clocking noise while reverse and my trunk leaks when it rains, also i took it again to another body shop just for another opinion and they said the repair they perform was terrible and they even found some loose bolts on my rear bumper, now I can’t take my car back to certified collision anymore because the shop is supposed to be under investigation plus who is gonna want to return to Certified Collision after all we went through ?They just lied on how much the repair was going to be to be able to make money and pass the bill to AllState, worst shop ever and not honest at all, specially Fernando the Manager always making excuses why my car wasn’t ready plus saying most of the time that he was on a meeting, I can’t believe this guy is in a meeting 95% of the day 7 days a week!
