Got fresh tires and alignment, they did such a good job! Ive been bugging them to install my stereo.. Really great staff and enjoyed myself thoroughly the whole time spent at this shop. Not your typical awkward chain style tire store where everyone hates being there, including the customer. Prices are better too. Im so happy my friend told me about this shop no more trips to les Schwab only to be told you need a whole new front end when you know your vehicles much more than that. Good riddance bulk stores with horrible customer service im going to family owned from now on!

My car was driving crooked and I really needed an alignment done quickly because I only have one day to get my errands done. After calling multiple locations they were the cheapest and quickest to get me in. Now my car is driving perfectly. Very friendly service! I will be back and I will be sending my family and friends to them as well.

I needed used tires and found these guys! They seriously have the best prices in town because I called around. I was able to get in quickly and left a happy camper. They are also super nice and very helpful! I will for sure be coming to them again!

Their customer service is awesome! I needed new tires and they took care of me right away! Other than their quick and amazing service, they have an indoor air conditioned waiting area and cold water! Every other tire/automotive shop Ive been to makes me wait in the hot sun and I hate it! Plus, these guys used automatic lifts instead of using manual jacks to get my tires off and on. I will be going back to them for sure!

So I had a tire blowout a few minutes before they closed and there was no other place open in town. I called these guys and they stayed open late for me so I could get a new tire. This was my first time there and definitely not my last! Ah-mazing customer service and great prices! I highly recommend!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The owner has no respect for his customers. After his initial lift and new tire install and alignment I took the car home. It rubbed when I turned, so I take the car back. 3 more times!!! Each time 2-3 hours and nothing has been fixed. The last time I take it to him after work I decide to leave it with him, 8pm and I finally text him asking about my car, he went home for the day with my car still in the shop. Ok, simple mistake, he could just drive to the shop so I can get my car the next day for work at 6am... nope, Stockton is too far for him, even after I told him I have work at 6am.So he agrees to come to the shop 1 hour before opening, 8AM. That’s great, instead of 4hours late to work I’d only be 3, he doesn’t show up until 9:15AM. He’s 15 minutes late for his own hours, I had to Uber to his shop, I got there 7:30AM.He is inconsiderate of his customers, he never came up with a solution to fix the issue he caused, he made me 4 hours late for work, I’m so done with JD tire I’m going to have to pay for someone else to fix his mistake.Do not come here. I have no idea how he has no bad reviews (except this one)

Overall a great experience from customer service to quality of work. Diffently the best prices compare to other tire shops and a honest owner. Will diffently recommend!!

JD Tire is legit. I needed some new wheels for my ride and they were able to find exactly what I wanted. They cut me a good deal and threw in a free alignment cuz I ended up getting new tires. I’m gonna be back fo sho.

My friends brand new tire went flat. It was the valve stem. They repaired it and we were back on the road in 15-20 min!!
