My first experience with Audi Modesto servicing my 2021 A5 was exceptional. The staff is very friendly, resourceful and professional. They accommodated my schedule, my vehicle was completed in a timely manner and returned to me clean . I look forward to future visits.

Sean, and everyone else, in the service department is amazing!! Their customer service is top-notch. I had an issue with a noise coming from my sunroof. I was nervous because I know that noises are not covered under warranty. Matt, from the mechanical department, took extra time to ensure that it was fixed. They were able to provide me a loaner vehicle while they were working on mine and they kept me updated throughout the week on the progress. They are friendly, professional, and great to work with. We took our Q7 to have the adjournment light reset and Hope notice the check engine light in to where she proceeded to investigate and found out we were still under warranty so she helped all she could and schedule us in to have that checked and see if they could take care of that. Later on Hope called us and told us that the vehicle needed a part and then then wanted to run the vehicle a hundred mile to make sure all was ok. During all this time she arrange for us to have a loaner vehicle from Audi and that was of great help also, I could not be happier with Hope she is a great asset to Modesto Audi if you ever go there ask to talk to her she will take care of you. Unfortunately I had taken the vehicle there before and the other guy there wasn’t much help he didn’t check our cars warranty and wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee and then charge for the repairs … this is just negligence and unwillingness to actually provide great service to customers he is not very kind either. Maybe he needs a different job position. I don’t know.

They had a loaner waiting, service was done, Chris contacted me & I picked my car up! Its running like am Audi 😁. They now have a regular customer.

As a fairly new Audi owner I was a bit nervous bringing my vehicle in for its first service at a new dealer. The service department at Modesto Audi was fantastic. Hope in particular was very kind and competent (both on the phone prior to and in person on the day of service) which was quite a relief. One of the best car buying experience. From my first call with Eddie, I was impressed by his professionalism and he gave me a sense of confidence. The entire staff and specially Eddie was super humble and always ready to help. It was a real VIP experience visiting Audi Modesto. Traveling 80 miles to purchase the car initially seemed like a risk, but I am glad we chose to do this. I went in on Wednesday with an appointment to get an oil change for my 2017 Audi A4. The Service representative name Hope helped me out during my service. She is the most nicest and helpful service representative I’ve ever had.She took care of me while my vehicle was getting serviced. I had to get to work and she even provided a car rental so I can get to work. When my car was done i picked up right when they were closing and she didn’t mind me picking up my vehicle right when they closed. I definitely recommend Modesto Audi to everyone you wont be disappointed! Definitely worth the price.

Note . To all would be mechanics . When you finally decide to take your car to a real mechanic. Please be sure to. Let the mechanic. Know what you have done to the car . Before you take it to the shop.. here is what happened. I had a leaking coolant system. So I added some green dye. To discover where the leak was . This was a year ago. The Audi shop in Modesto on mc Henry rd. repaired the leaking coolant system. A year later I had a idle problem. And they fixed that also. Now here comes the fun part. The auto text said that I had the wrong coolant in the system. And recommend it to be changed. Since no one add any coolant to the car since Audi had repaired the car . I (( thought that Audi had put the wrong coolant in the car. ) the manager Chris . At Audi. Said that they don’t use that color of coolant. Chris is an honest man and didn’t want to infer that I was lying. Change the coolant at the shops expense. After the he coolant was replaced. I talked to Chris. And he said that the coolant. Look ed strange. As like it had a glow to it . On the way home I remembered that I had add two bottles of green dye. To find the leaks under a black light. I called Chris. And we agreed that that was the reason it looked like the wrong coolant was put in the car . I offered to send him a check. He let me off of the hook. .. again when you deal with Chris at Audi. You are dealing with a honest man.

My car was serviced for a recall. The staff is friendly and helpful. The service was amazing, they reached out with a recording of the car check-up so I could verify the inspection as they were doing it,and when I received the car it had been washed and ready to go. In addition, the repair was done in a reasonable amount of time.

Hope was amazing. My Audi’s fuel pump gave out right outside of the El Portal gate to Yosemite. AAA had it towed down to Audi of Modesto that night, and Hope took all the stress out of the situation while we continued with our trip. I found Hope to be a joy to talk to. I had previously dealt with the twin brothers, one in parts and the other in service and found them to be great as well. My service tech was excellent. He identified by the look of my car that I would not want my car to be run through an automated car wash. I like that attention to detail. The only issue with the service department is their online scheduling. I attempted on several occasions to book an appointment and did not receive a response.

I had a great experience buying our new car here. The attention, PATIENCE and customer service provided by Sean B. during the whole process was awesome!!Also, we all know how stressful the last part of buying a car can be when you have to sign all the paperwork with the finance person, but I was so happy that the finance process at the end was super fast and didnt feel any pressure to buy any extra.
