Helpful, efficient service.Battery died after a shift at work, but with a jump start I made my way here for a replacement. Despite a steady flow of customers and only two staff on-duty, they managed to get to everyone, myself included, in a timely manner. I was in-and-out with what I came for much faster than anticipated.I didnt think or manage to get the names of the employees at the time, but their service was top-notch and worthy of commendation. They were very thorough and made sure needs were met.

Auto Zone has everything you need to keep your car on the road! It so happens that our car broke down in the parking lot they were so nice to let us work on it on the spot. Thank God it was something simple & we were out of there in just a couple hours. They will also test & charge your car battery for free!

Bought a fuel filter a year ago, already had to replace it. Autozone has that lifetime warranty, and they let me up grade to a acdelco which was only 30 dollars more. Hopefully acdelco will last longer than the first one. Thanks Autozone for letting me up grade.

Was able to locate and find exactly what was needed to get transmission fluid and a pump to put fluid in vehicle very quickly.

Auto zone has really stepped up. All the employees are very informative. They actually no there products. There very helpful, they dont make you feel like you dont have a clue. Its also amazing on all the different parts they keep on hand. This store is organized and well kept!

Went in for new fuel filters for my 2004 ford f250 went home to install and was wrong filter now I cant get the truck to start and cost was outrageous$55. For a papper cartridge my coolent filter was 1/3rd the cost

They let customers walk in without a mask. Just now at 3:40- 3-44 p.m 2/23/21. Trash workers. Auto zone around these places sucks low Iq workers but hey they arent professionals. Must be management loose as a goose.

Got what I wanted. I didnt like the attitude of the the employees who was helping me. Came back and got help from Raul. 5Stars dude! Answered my questions and got my parts.

Every time you go into a auto parts store anymore AutoZone OReillys you guys dont have anything anymore used to go there and get anything for a car now its all like go to home Depot or order it online if I could order it online why would I need a store.

The employees ( Primarily Young Women which is uncommon, or during my time.. ) Theyre always smiling and are always helpful . Ive grown up using Kragens Napa, and then Oreilys... But Ive become a regular here and will continue to be Because of there Great customer relations, Smiling faces . Had just what I was looking for plus needed

They girl wasnt too helpful when I inquired about battery cables for my vehicle. She had to call someone for help herself. The Mexican music was annoying when your trying to concentrate on purchasing the correct itemsfor your vehicle.

Convenient Location close to home& you never really get stuck waiting in line& thats what I love!!! Usually enough workers to have every cash register open& usually friendly/ courteous workers!!!

I think Im ok driving to another auto parts store where Im not been ignored you just lost a customer. I was next in line and the female working left the register and decided to completely ignore me and go to another register and help the customer behind me.

Not very informative, I was looking for a replacement Nut & bolt for a rear suspension control arm that wouldnt break loose, I had to grind and cut one of the bolts off to free the arm .The clerk ask me why I had to grind and cut off the bolt to remove the rear arm., why not just remove the control arm first to make it easier to remove the bolt. What ???? 420 was months ago. But the store did have a nut :)

Usually the place to go but lately they try to avoid getting parts for me or even attempting to set up a rental. Autozone on oakdale rd or in Ceres is a better option

Customer service is horrible. All the ladies dont deserve to have a job anywhere unless they learn how to provide exceptional service. Never going back again. Dont deserve one star, they deserve none.

Autozone is extremely convenient but some aftermarket parts do not fit the specific vehicle theyre intended for but the staff has always been excellent at handling these situations id would have given five stars if i hadnt experienced this on 4 separate occasions and Ive learned that their duralast brand isnt so great.

Sometimes we go there to get a part and the parts person is a bit clueless. Then other days were in and out quickly with our part.

They are pretty helpful and most of the employees are knowledgeable.

This store is horrible, they are rude and slow as they can be, after this experience I don’t think I will ever use autozone again. After reading the reviews I see that I’m not the only one who feels this way about the store on Yosemite. Its sad that nothing has been done to correct the poor service at this store. They don’t even deserve one star

Love auto zone. Can always get help and if the workers are unsure of something usually if you have a question the customers are pretty helpful too.

Its a hit or miss with this store. I have no issues with any other AutoZone but this one. Either they dont have it in stock, not sure what it is or try and sell me something I dont need. Its one thing to try and attach an up sell on fuel cleaner. But when you try and tell me fuel lines and rubber vacuum line are the same that another.
