OK parts store nice because it is a hub store with attached warehouse but poorly trained staff that dont know a thing about parts and are more interested in talking amongst themselves about there personal lives while you are trying to get parts better off going across the street to oriely where the customer service is better and they know parts

The store is in horrible disarray. I saw an aisle with bottles upon bottles of liquid products for different things-steering fluid, brake fluid, coolant, oil-and the display signs only read oil so I spent an extra six minutes looking around elsewhere for some kind of sign that said power steering fluid. As you can probably assume, I didnt find said sign. I went down the first aisle with all the fluids and finally found what I needed, and of course, all the employees wanted to stare at me instead of asking if I needed help finding something. Seriously?Do you get paid to stand around and do nothing?Where do I apply?

My husband went to get parts that arent so easy to find for my Camaro z28. he was met with excellent customer service, and due diligence to make sure that we found all the parts that were needed. Open 24 hrs everyday..... thats extremely rare for an auto parts store anywhere in nearby cities. Been to this location 3 times so far (in middle of day) and the help was quick and friendly.

This is a new Auto Zone and still working out the bugs with employees. Some are better than others. The one I had was not very knowledgeable about cars. And he kept helping others and not finishing up with me.

A quick stop in and out great service

I was looking on autozone web site for a crank position sensor for my jeep and it said to contact the store for a price so I called down to the McHenry store in modesto and the clerk put me on hold for 20 minutes and then picked up the phone and hung up immediately so I called the store back and asked to speak to the manager and again was put on hold this time I was on hold for 15 minutes before I finally gave up and ended the call. This autozone has the worst customer service out of all the autozones I have been to i wouldnt have even given them 1 star if I had a choice.
