Avoid this place. Actually, dont buy a Nissan. The people at this place are unprofessional and dont honor appointments. I had to lose time from work because they did not honor my appointment and my car had to stay at the dealer over night. They also charged me a lot more than other dealers around the area charge for a new transmission reprogram. I learned my lesson, do not go here ever again.
Javier and Ignacio did really good customer service helping get my first car I would recommend them to anybody getting there first car
This is the worst place so they charged me 1100 $ for recall service which one already covered under warranty. So pls dont go there.
This is my 2nd time to use the service department. I bought my car at a different Nissan dealership in another city I wont mention and they would always try to over charge for unnecessary things I needed done so I thought Id give Central Valley a try and both times they took care of me in a timely manner and charged me fairly also the employees were very friendly. Thank you.
Danny in the service department is the worst service advisor there he has discriminated us many times even though our vehicle has manufacture warranty every time I call to get An update on my car he never goes to the phone he is the worst service advisor he doesn’t deserve to work for Nissan he doesn’t even know how to treat a customer right
