Awful customer service. The whole time I was there, I felt like they just saw me as a way to make money, and when they saw that they werent going to make any more from me, they treated me as if I did not matter whatsoever. The lack of professionalism was ASTOUNDING. When I first entered the garage (which was filthy and disorganized), I had to wait to be helped by an employee, because the only one in site was too busy on his phone. I also am suspicious that an iPod that disappeared from my vehicle is currently in the hands of one of their employees. If not an employee, then a tweaker from off the streets (this suspicion arising because the employee who assisted me was surprised when I told him that all the doors to my vehicle were locked.If CHP had not had my vehicle towed to this site after a car accident, I would have never set foot inside, and would be better for it.I do not recommend visiting this establishment, for it is a blight in the auto repair and towing world, not to mention the world of customer service.BEWARE.
