My wife and I first went to Walkers Automotive probably 20 years ago. I took my granddaughters car there recently and received the same excellent service we always have. They do quality work and I have confidence in what they tell me needs to be done. I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else.

Aaron and the team are awesome! They take the time to explain the fixes and give you options to fit your budget. My car has 150,000 miles on it, but runs like new now!

We thought we had a battery issue so they tested it and the entire charging system, seems that we might have left something on. We had a door lock switch not working so they replaced it. We also had an electronic brake controller for our trailer that went out and they replaced that. They do good work, and are very helpful and they communicate with you on what they find before they repair or replace anything.

First time i have used this shop. My first call was very professional and scheduling was very easy and pleasant. Drop off, while busy, went smoothly as well. They called promptly after diagnosing the issue and gave me a fair estimate that I approved. Car was done 2 hours before their stated time. Pick up again went really well. Will definitely use Walker Automotive again.

Very professional and great service. My old maintenance guy sold his business and retired, was with him for 20 yrs. So now I will have to find another auto repair, and I will say I will be back to Walkers Automotive. The only thing the labor is 115 $ an hour. But Im sure its like that everywhere. But I would recommend Walkers for your auto repairs.

Have a 2008 RAV4 that sounded as though it was having valve problems. Turned out to be shot bearings on the water pump. Walkers replaced the pump sooner than expected, and the car is back running like a top. Great place. People are great and informative. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I took my Honda pilot to Walkers automotive thinking that I needed new Cadillac converters turns out that the Honda was misfiring on a couple of cylinders well they took care of the misfires adjusted the valves put new spark plugs in change the cabin filter and shes back running like a charm very very excellent professional and knowledgeable and customer friendly staff I will use them for any automotive issues that I may have in the future and highly recommend them and will recommend them for friends and family thank you for taking care of my Honda

I had a dead battery and arrived at noon and had a doctors appt at 1:00 though was told mechanics all at lunch HOWEVER so THANKFUL that a Walker rep installed new battery and I was 20 min EARLY for my doctors appt realizing what a miraculous experience happened and much appreciated. I was having trouble with oil consumption and a loud squeal when my ac was on and they were able to diagnose everything and fix the squeal. They also changed my transmission fluid and my car now shifts smoother than before. Will be taking my car to them from now on. Very professional.

I’ve been going to Walker’s for years. The customer service continues to be EXCELLENT. The electric window did not work. The dealer in Modesto sent me to a dealer in Manteca. Since I needed maintenance services I asked if they could fix it. They did. They are honest, fair and friendly always.

This shop was amazing called them for a quote and the person over the phone was extremely helpful gave me a price after hearing how much I was satisfied and told them if they could make an appointment within the next couple of days agreed to it and when appointment day came around whent to go drop off the car an employee came out almost instantly greeted me and ask how can they be of service told him I was there for appointment for my AC to get refill got my information when inside 5 minutes later they gave me estimate and told me it would be 45 to about 1 hour I told them no rush take your time, literally and I mean literally 1 hr later got a call saying car was ready when I showed up and whent inside to the office the employee told me that it would actually be cheaper than they had originally said so I was extremely happy with that and satisfied so I would definitely recommend this autoshop!!!!

I took my truck to Walkers Automotive to have the air conditioning (A/C) problem repaired. It wasnt making cold air. I found everyone there professional and courteous. They kept me informed of their diagnosis of the problem, cost of repair, and when the work would be completed. While they were investigating the problem they discovered another problem that became evident as they had to take off the grill to properly repair the A/C so I could make the decision if I wanted it repaired. I found the cost of the repairs to be consistent with other automotive shops that deliver high quality service. I highly recommend Walker Automotive.

Ive been going to Walkers for over 30 years and I dont think you can find a more honest, personable business in town.

Took my car in for a check engine light on, they said they fixed it. Drove my around after pick up to reset it. As soon as it reset engine light came right back on🤔 So i have to take it back to the shop to figure out the whys again😡 after they said they checked all emissions to make sure it work.Change my transmission fluid, which was good.

They caused me days of losing work!! Weeks of Waiting on parts and really horrible excuses!! Charged me $200 for charging my air conditioner putting on a $5 dollar part and ordering a special part they didn’t even use!! All of that and they never fixed my car we had to tell them to put it back together and I still did not have an air conditioner that worked!! I have never in my life dealt with that!! And said they were going to charge me $350 for a freaking knob for my air conditioner which my air conditioner did not work it doesn’t take a genius to figure that out!!

My 2017 Ford Edge had only cold air coming from the cabin heater. In addition, the vehicle had a slight, brief stumble when starting. The coolant level was low even though I had topped it off three weeks ago. Walkers did an extensive diatgnosis and found coolant leaking into the number 2 cylinder. This explained the slight stumble when starting. Walker also called Ford and found the vehicle was still under warranty! It may need a new engine! I believed I received great vaue for my diagnostic money and would use Walkers again as my mechanic.

I have been bringing my vehicles (eight different vehicles so far) to Walkers for over 15 years. They are the only shop I trust to work on my vehicles. They do excellent work and the staff is very professional. The shuttle service they provide is also a very nice bonus.I once brought my daughters car to them because it wouldn’t start. I had no idea what was wrong. They diagnosed the issue quickly and it turned out to be the alarm starter kill feature had malfunctioned. They ended up charging me for one hours labor (diagnostics and repair) to take out the alarm. They could have said I had a bad starter or any other number of expensive options but they are an honest shop. I have had issues with other shops doing shady things. I’m very glad they were recommended to me.

Weve been going to Walkers for over 20 years. We brought our vehicle in this week for a smog check, November 10, 2020. My husband and I were very uneasy that during a raging pandemic nobody in the office was wearing a mask as we were. We had hoped that your service staff would at least give the appearance of caring about your customers by wearing a mask.

I got in I. got out. I was told that it would take an hour but they got me right in and I was on my way in a half hour. Loved that!

Took my car in to get checked, the receptionist was friendly and informative but after having my car all day they told me that they didnt find anything wrong with my car but that maybe the transmission is failing and to just wait until it fully messes up to do something about it. Like what! They did not care to actually do further research on my car or to even check the spark plugs even after I asked. Clearly they did not want to go the extra mile for a customer.

I have dealt with Walkers for many years. I always know that they will be completely honest. They will tell me what needs to be fixed and what I can wait to deal with later. My wife’s car was taken to the Dodge Dealership initially at her insistence, because she thought they would know exactly how to repair a misfire problem. The car is a 2016 Chrysler 300 with 60,000 miles…Dealership said it was a misfire on the #6 cylinder, they replaced the plugs and wires and $700.00 later, said their mechanic drove the car, problem fixed. She gets in the car to drive home and in the driveway of the dealership, the car starts to misfire. She had to wait to bring the car back, waited a week only to be told, the dealership now thinks the problem is internal. They gave an additional estimate of $1,000.00, $2,000.00 or $3,000.00 depending on what they find !!!At this point I told her to take the car to Walkers Automotive, I told her she would get a higher level of expertise, because it seemed that the dealer was hit or miss.Within 2 days, the diagnosis was bad rocker arms and the repairs were $500.00 less than the original estimate. The icing on the cake is Walkers Automotive 2 year warranty on any work performed.I think a valuable lesson was learned by my wife, that sometimes the hubby knows best.The car is now running great since the repairs And she is happy !!! Happy wife, happy life !!!Thank you Walkers Automotive and the entire staff from the service managers, mechanics and office staff for a great auto service experience!!!!

My car had blown a radiator hose (i didnt know until after) late in the day while i was commuting to work and i had to be towed to the shop...after calling around to a few shops that could not get to my vehicle for a few days (this is my only vehicle available to commute in) i made contact with Walker Automotive and they told me come in. I arrived close to closing that day on the back of a tow truck and they started right away. By the time i was done with all the paperwork they had found the issue and told me it would be ready the next day. They completed the work super fast and i was able to go to work the next day. I have had no issues or problems since. They ensured my engine compartment was all cleaned from the radiator fluid. Every person I dealt with was very profession and courteous.

Our family has had the opportunity to bring all our vehicles to Walkers for routine oil changes, brakes and any other services that arise. They always keep our vehicles on tbe road. The staff is really friendly and always make you feel like family. If you are looking for a repair shop, this is the place to go.

Ive been taking my car to Walkers since 2005. In all these years I dont think I have had any complaints. They keep my 2002 car running like a champ. They rarely add on repairs or charges and they talk straight talk to me which is rare. They do excellent work and I highly recommend them.
