Seriously too expensive. I wanted a root touch up and some toner for the blonde section only…. $280 quoted. I appreciate the work hair stylists do and don’t mind paying for a good job but that was seriously such an unreasonable price. Not even half my hair is blonde and it’s like an inch touch up. I was given a way different price on the phone and came in for only 5 mins for her to look at my hair and give me a $150+ new price. Not reasonable.

The receptionist Ana unaware that I had an appointment at the salon the next day and went to buy a hair straightener right away she was un welcoming stand office attitude on full display refused to answer ?s that came up and when I asked if I could use a coupon for 10% anything in the store she refused to take it then said she could give me 10%off but she wasnt going to o s o canceled my hair appt and will not be returning people like Ana so miserable cost jcp a client. Have a good 1 Ana

Alyssa did a great job with my hair! She also provided me with advice about the style I wanted and it turned out great!! I recommend going to her. She looked at the picture once and I am extremely happy.

Alyssa was amazing! She was able to squeeze me in last minute, was very knowledgeable & helped me decide on a style when I wasnt sure what I wanted, and was very friendly and easy to talk to. I will definitely be returning to her for all my future haircuts!

YES There is a whole Salon hiding in the back .TL:DL WILL GO AGAIN, good service and cutsHad a trim by both Stylist Anna and Kaylee on separate occasions.Came in for a basic trim. (22$ hair wash incl). Both experiences were both equal parts of great customer service (made me feel welcomed) and therapeutic.Washed my hair with heavenly tea tree Paul Mitchell shampoo and felt fancy. Thank you for the cuts.
