Everyone there has been super helpful. I haven’t had a bad experience. They have a lot cool stuff as well.
I just went in to this Walgreens and oh it was the worse experience, no wonder they have so low rate. The employee are not considering, asked if I do have a mask when clearly I dont because i was not wearing one. I said no, i dont have one, shes well you need to wear a mask, can i get? No, you have to purchase one. Lack of humanity, customer, and understanding for others.
Should have known something was gonna happen when I was walking in and customers were walking out mad and frustrated. I walked in, no mask because THEY DONT PREVENT ANYTHING, and was immediately asked if I had one. I said no & proceeded to shop. I was LITERALLY chased down by the guy worker and told I couldn’t shop if I didn’t have a mask. Even though I literally walked halfway through the store w no mask on. To be treated as if your shop lifting over not wearing a mask by a CASHIER says everything about this location. Definitely won’t ever shop in this “I take my job too serious” location with their CASHIERS without badges for their mask-police selves.
I made an appointment for the COVID 19 vaccine at 7:30pm. I show up and let them know I’m here for my appointment for my first dose. The lady told me they were all out of vaccines. Then one of the pharmacists said there’s one left. However, they all started saying how it was “Kaylas vaccine”. Who was currently working amongst them. Then the lady helping me tells me that I don’t need any appointment just walk in. They were nice but it was really unprofessional how I made my appointment in the morning and no one informed about them not having any left. Also it felt like “Kaylas” vaccine was meant to be mine but they kept it for her. Hence why I was allowed to make an appointment in the first place. Definitely not coming back.
Kicked out because no mask. Didnt even ask if I had a medical condition. Chased me to the back of the store to tell me to leave.Rude and ill-informed of the law.Might be lucky not to get sued with that kind of behavior.
Well clean good customer service. And always greeted when you walk in.
Store is nice and the staff is friendly and professional. The pharmacy could use some extra staff during certain times. The pharmacist was really nice and professional when it came to get my shot.
Oh my goodness, what is going on with this pharmacy?! I am at lost how they can repeat the same question on the phone and I give the exact same answer and they will get it after a few times. I felt like I was speaking to my 5 year old. Definitely not a Walgreens I recommend. I have never had an issue with Walgreens, but yet again, it is a Walgreens in California.
My roommate and I have used this store for years and never have had any problems.
First of all, Im not a complainer. I realize sometimes things happen, its to be expected. Second, If what youre seeking is hassle-free scripts, I wouldnt recommend Walgreens, especially, DO NOT USE this location on Oakdale Road in Modesto.For 2 years, I was at the Floyd Avenue store. I had to call the Pharmacy over 15 times in 24 months to correct some kind of problem. I figured it was just that particular location so I moved the Oakdale road, Modesto store. Things werent any better at this location. In fact, they were even more inept. I had to call their Pharmacy at least 7 times in 12 months. I decided I would let their Manager know what was happening, things started getting even worse. Mysteriously, some of my medications that I need desperately started coming off auto-refill, they werent filled with the rest. I didnt do any of the things that would cause such action as; not picking up the medication causing it to go back into stock etc... Other times, a few medications were just not filled with the rest, they had no explanations. I decided to not use auto-refill and manually order my medications. At pickup, there were still 2 medications missing, REALLY? It became apparent they were purposely making my life miserable for speaking to the Manager. On my final pickup, I was notified by text, ALL of my medications were ready. When I went to pick up, I was informed, 4 of the scripts were NOT ready, they needed Pharmacist override and he was on break. I was given the option to wait 15 minutes or come back later. Again, it was apparent they were punishing me for speaking my mind for their own ineptness.Do yourself a favor! DONT use Walgreens!
Great Customer Service from the Pharmacy and staff.
The staff is friendly; but usually corporate doesnt have enough employees working during peak times or days. Ive also gotten calls saying my medications are ready & go there to be told they are not ready & that really upsets me; especially since Im 64 & in not the best health anymore.
I dont like coming here much any more the African american store manager follows me around the whole store every time I go In there has not been one time that he has not done so. I never once stole anything from here or any place for that matter. Hes witnessed me pay cash every time Ive went in. I do not know why he proceeds to do this but its extremely wrong and humiliating.
Big bald manager should leave his attitude at home, twice now Ive been met at the door of this place by this dudes negative attitude, no manners, no excuse me or please or thank you, just Hey! In aggressive tone... Ive worked customer service and this is not how its done.
The pharmacy takes long to help you, I do not recommend to go there
