This review comes from a couple who thought they knew what they wanted, but really had no clue. We purchased flooring a few years back and thought we wanted the same style for our new house. Brandon was so patient with us when we kept changing our minds. He offered great suggestions and ideas. He was very prompt with color ideas, pricing and material transfers. After some bad experiences with some other local flooring businesses that resulted in long waits for pricing and ultimately repeated non-delivery of my orders, I placed a few online orders with Flooring Liquidators. The first advantage of Flooring Liquidators is good prices that are posted online (no long wait times for a quote). After I placed my orders, they kept me informed through the whole order and delivery process. Friendly staff, top notch customer service, good selection of quality products, good prices and even though Im in another state, the delivery process was fast and went smoothly. I would highly recommend Flooring Liquidators and I plan on purchasing from them again.

I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into the place and everything ordered and was on my way home in a matter of 15 minutes.

I went to this place on a Tuesday to pick out some flooring. Their customer service in store is great! I made an appointment for next day Wednesday for free estimate and the guy Brandon came out to give me my free estimate and got my email down to send it that night. Thursday comes around I call the store letting them know I got no estimate and that Brandon is off to call his cell number called him no response. Today is Saturday still nothing I called the store twice no answer left voicemail still nothing. I called Brandon back no answer. We were willing to give them lots of business to get our home wood floored and this is how they treat customers? My wife and I tomorrow will be looking at The Floor Trader and Other Liquidators. Becareful using these guys.

The flooring product was very nice. But I have to say the delivery truck did not have proper equipment to unload flooring off the truck. It was lucky the flooring was not damaged in the offloading operation. The pallet the flooring was on was way to long for hand jack the driver had on his truck.

My husband and I recently came in to look at flooring for our house. We had in mind that we were going to do carpet.But walking into your show room and seeing all the displays that you had out made us reconsider and we decided to do laminate instead.The gentleman who helped us was Bob. He Showed us product that was within our budget and even and set us up with an estimate and our install. The whole process went very smoothly for my husband and I and we are super pleased with how our floors turned out!

I had a great experience with Flooring Liquidators. The gentleman that came to my house were prompt every day and finished the work in a timely manner. My only concern was when I initially had the estimate done, the guy who came was late and I had to call the shop to ask where he was. He ended up showing up, completing the estimate and I received the estimate within the next day. When I went to schedule the installation the man I spoke with seemed to have no recollection of who I was. Needless to say I proceeded with the install and am a satisfied customer in the end :)

Great communication, nice hardwood at an excellent price. Order took more than two months to deliver, overall quality is ok, but Shaw manufacturer QA needs some improvements. Several boards were defective. Cannot blame Flooring Liquidators on this one. Would recommend Flooring Liquidators to anyone.

The details of the subsidiaries of Flooring Liquidators (FL) are not advertised. Lifetime Floors is owned by FL. They use a third party company, Freeman Logistics, for their logistics department. I had an issue with the freight company that Freeman chose not providing sufficient feedback on when my flooring would be delivered and not setting up an appointment. They also had an issue with delivering the flooring and tried to give other excuses as to why it was taking so long to deliver. I would make sure you check about the freight company, especially if it is Estes. The product is great and Chico with FL was very helpful.The website for FL leaves much to be desired and they often dont answer the phone when you call the main line and try to speak with any department other than sales. Be prepared to wait at least a week when you order a sample of flooring.

The service at the store was great. They were helpful and knowledgeable, making our purchase very easy. Scheduling the install was not as great of an experience. First the window of time is open meaning you are not able to select the time you want. I informed them I had an appointment elsewhere the day of install and they were nice enough to make a request for a two hour time block. Unfortunately the installer showed up at the later end of the time block and was alone. The job was not finished in time for me to make my appointment. The installer received a few phone calls, making the process longer as well.

Dont know anything about them we still have all the original flooring we got when we bought our home.

Im only renting, and the landlord had them install linoleum. It looks nice, but there are some bubbles and the guy said they would go away with time. If I were paying for it, I would not have paid for that. I know the floor is uneven because it has been sloping for years, and I asked him about it, and he said there wasnt anything he could do about it. I know that they could have made it level first. Ive learned a little from the home renovations shows I watch. I didnt say anything about that either because we werent paying for it, but if I was, I would go with a more of a reputable company.

My wife and I recently updated our home with laminate through out a living room, dining room, kitchen, family room and hall, plus carpet in the four bedrooms. We bought the Formica Quintessa laminate, and after shopping around online, we found Flooring Liquidators not only had the best price, but they had the best price by a lot. I installed the floor myself with the help of a couple of friends, and while Ive never installed laminate, Bob at Flooring Liquidators was very helpful in helping me with questions. I went in a couple of times with questions and even called in once, he was very helpful and knowledgable.The carpet installer was very effiecient and seemed to care that the job turned out well, the whole house looks great, plus my wife loves our new flooring!Ive already recommended Flooring Liquidators to several of my friends, with one purchasing for a rental he has.

Good customer service and pricing

Let me start by saying I never right reviews however, since I experienced the worst customer service ever today here I am writing one. First, we called inquiring about granite and the lady on the phone suggested we go down to the wearhouse on Mariposa. It being Black Friday we asked what time the wearhouse closed, she told us 6. We drove 30min to get to the wearhouse; we arrived at 4:32 to find the wearhouse was closed and the sign out front said they close at 5 not 6. We called the store on McHenry back asking if they had any granite in their store we could look at. While on the phone with them they told us the wearhouse was closed today(wish they would have told us that the first time we asked). We asked what time their store closed. The lady on the phone said We close at six, well no maybe not. We are supposed to close at 6 but since its a holiday it might be earlier. Id hate to give you an incorrect time (really?). I over heard the manager say we might close earlier (its now 4:45) depending on traffic you might get here in time. Since we were only 5min away we drove over anyways. We walked in to their store all the way to the back spent about 15min looking at product. Then we walked back out right in front of the area where people were working (by working I mean socializing) and no one said a word to us the entire time we were there, not one of their 8 employees even looked our way.
