Had milkshakes girl must have been new didnt know how to make milkshake. Was really watery

Horrible customer service- dead tonight- went in 3 workers none even wanted help us- ignored us for 5 minutes. Finally one helped us- milkshake wasn’t even thick tasted like milk only. None wore masks and our server kept touching her face- she was doing inventory so I assume she was manager. Girl in pink ignored us as she did dishes and girl in blue ignored us until someone else came in to help them. Need better training- “I’ll be right with you” goes along way.

Kids wanted ice cream, so we stopped by, they only wanted 4 people at a time which it fine. There was a man in the store without a mask. Me and my family walked in one of the workers said you need a mask or I can’t serve you, my boyfriend said oh we thought it was okay not to wear one because the man that was in there was in their for 20 mins and didn’t have one. He goes on to say oh I didn’t see him. WTH you served him. Any way, we put our masks on and another worker said in a rude voice what did you want? I was getting the kids order my daughters wanted the mermaid ice cream she wanted to add gummy worms the lady said you can’t do that. I said wow I can’t pay for them on the side she didn’t say anything and got the worms. I’m upset because of the way me and my family were treated. So we left without ice cream and the kids were upset. People need to have customer service skills or don’t go to work. There a lot of people that would gladly replace your job in a heart beat!!!!!! Be nice to people you never know what they are going through!!!!!!

This location has roaches save your money go to Carpenter store. Horrible customer service pointed it out to employee and she completely disregarded what i said.

We stop by today and I order a butter pecan and vanilla two scoops for each one and I go to pay and she says $10.58 Iam thinking this ice cream must be really good and let me tell you the ice cream did not have any flavor it and it tasted really bad last time I go there . And the price is crazy 😧

Wanted ice cream this evening so the housemate and I went to B-R. There is a group of 3 teens in the store and 2 employees behind the counter. We were immediately greeted with “you will have to wait outside until after we are done serving this group.” It’s 93 degrees outside mind you and the sign in the door says keep 6 ft apart. Which we would have done very respectfully had we not been told to wait outside! Wouldn’t be so flipping ticked about this had there been more people in the store but 3 customers all huddled together??? Now I want to point out that I am very confused because we just left the restaurant and every employee was wearing a mask, to walk into your shop and NO ONE, NOT A ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES HAS ON A MASK! I work retail and I am told that it is a mandated rule that we wear face masks, so why is it that the employees at this shop aren’t? I would like to point out that I have been to this location in the last 30 days and we were in the shop and others were allowed to come in and stand at the x spots on the floor and wait to be served! So why was today any different?I won’t be returning to this shop!

Great service here. The staff is friendly. My son dropped his ice cream and I was going to pay for another one, but the staff just go him another scoop and didnt charge me. Great ice cream too!

We can’t wait! We can’t hesitate! We must act now!Always great ice cream but, often, I have to ask that the tables be cleaned before sitting down. The walls next to the tables look as if they haven’t been cleaned in ages, as there is ice cream on it.We have to make this place great....again!

The bubble gum ice cream was great. My only complaint is that our attendant let someone in front if us to pay, which took forever being that the credit card machine wasnt working right. I didnt understand why she let the other customer know n front if us when we had our ice creams and were ready to pay.

Hey, who doesnt love ice cream? well, me most of the time.Except during the valley’s hot summers, I can ignore all deserts, especially anything sweet like ice cream. Sugary deserts are just gross: they make my stomach churn. During the summer, places like Baskin Robbins are my favorite restaurants. A quick stop for a milkshake or a mocha are about the only good things in this valley.

There was fast, efficient, and courteous service. Prices are decent.

They dont make the Blasts on recipe. To many scoops of ice cream. They charge you the dine in tax for every purchase. I drive to the Riverbank one. Better customer service and they seem to know how to make thier drinks.

The staff was friendly and did a great job with my order...I was a bit disappointed in the pricing of the banana split boats $.50 per each... Id paid the price because another store kindly sold to me the same amount of boats with a reasonable kind price. Thats business. I know. But I will certainly buy at the other location for their kind heart.

So many flavors of ice cream to choose from! Free samples. I can never choose just one, so I get 2 scoops!

Tables, chairs and floor dirty. One of the ice creams we ordered was two scoops of two different ice creams so they put it in two different cups.

Love their strawberry banana smoothie. Definitely recommend.
