We went in to choose a color for our kitchen cabinets. Great customer service and attention from everyone in the store. Jose was very dedicated to helping us even when it got really busy, we did not feel rushed. His Spanish speaking was a huge help to us.Natalie was also extremity helpful in helping us pick out our color. She took her time and looked at our existing color scheme and came up with a color that looks fantastic. My mother is extremely happy with the color Natalie picked out.We will definitely be recommending Kelly Moore paints, along with Jose and Natalie for their above and beyond customer service.

Awesome, customer service. I wanted to make an accent wall and took in the current color of my wall. The employee found my color and showed me the same color in 4 darker shades. I chose the one I wanted, told him the size of my wall and within 10 minutes he had mixed the paint and carried it out to my car for me.

I went in to get a gallon of paint. When I got in the store I started looking for a coupon on the web. After five minutes I couldnt find a valid coupon so I asked the sales person if they knew of a coupon on Kelly Moore website. Her answer was, sorry I cant help you with that. Very disappointing,

I live in a gated community, and I needed to paint my house using paint schemes approved by the HOA. The HOA representative told me my house was Scheme #7--which had a dark blue accent color. But, my house doesnt have blue on it anywhere....anyway, long story shorter--I took a photo of the outside of my house, and took it to Kelly Moore paint --(directed to go there by the HOA)for help in determining the correct color scheme for my house. Natalie--sales/service rep welcomed me at the counter, and went above and beyond--she must have spent at least 20 minutes going through files and pulling out paint chip samples to help me figure out what paint scheme I needed. So...I know everyone reading this review will be so excited to learn...my paint scheme is #5!!! Thank you Natalie! You were awesome!

I purchased a couple gallons of paint for a project earlier today and in the transfer to the back of my SUV they both spilled almost entirely. Though it was 100% my fault the staff not only replaced the paint, but helped me clean up both the vehicle and the sidewalk. Not just that - they did it with a smile. We have a corporate account with this store and I will certainly recommend KM paint on each of my projects moving forward. Big shout out to Jose and team for the help. Much appreciated.

Natalie at the Modesto store was VERY helpful in helping me find an older color to match my cabinets. She was interested in my project and offered choices and we eventually found the perfect match! I appreciate the extra attention and time she took helping me with an unusual color.

I could not remember exactly what color of paint is on the fence of my front yard, and it has to be exactly the one that the HOA requires, so, I went to this wonderful store and they helped me, they knew the exact color I needed and even got a discount. These guys are very nice and professional, specially the person who helped me since is learning to speak Spanish just to give a better service.

The exterior stucco on my house was colored with Kelly-Moore Paints approximately 27 years ago. I recently had a new exterior door installed and needed to touch up the around the edges. I remembered keeping one of the old paint can labels just in case I ever needed more. I took the label to Kelly-Moore Paints on a Friday near closing time. Unfortunately, the paint was so old it didn’t match anything in their system. I took a small chip of the stucco with me but it was too small to match. As I previously mentioned….it was almost closing time for these guys. But, that didn’t stop them. They were absolutely determined to find that color for me even though I was only buying one quart. Mike, the store manager looked through several old color sample books, then the computer system, then back to the old sample books again with Vicente and Lorenzo assisting him. Mike was able to locate the color I needed. He mixed up a sample and it was a perfect match. Mike, Vicente, and Lorenzo…you guys are absolute professionals…thank you for helping me.
