I needed the tubing replaced on both my hearing aids as I was I’ll and missed my last appointment! So I called to make an appointment and was informed I could come in that same afternoon! I have always liked this office and the folks there so needless to say I was so pleased to be able to get in that same day! I was early for my appointment and my wait time was less than 10 minutes! I am so very happy with my visit! I had a previous bad experience getting in-ear headphone impressions for Audio 64 done with a separate business and I was quite impressed by Thomas there. He was very professional, kind and talkative. He wanted to make sure that he did it right so I wouldnt have to keep getting my impressions done. He even did two sets for the same price of one, just to be sure that he got them right. I am very happy that I found them and that they took care of me. Highly recommend them!

Not very knowledgeable. Went in for a consultation. I dont have hearing loss but have problems differentiating words such as bat from pat. Cant focus on one sound like a teacher due to other sounds in a room. Turns out i have Auditory Processing Disorder and all i got from this place was your hearings fine, theres nothing to do
