Very polite staff. Clean. Small office setting. Must wear a mask!!

Had to bring my mom here as a part of process to get her hearing aid. Waste of time. She repeated what we had to do two months ago with more basic and older equipments . The result was the same and still we have to wait another two or three more weeks !!!! What was the readon for that appointment??? I asked and she said to choose the kind of hearing aid ! she had one in front of her and showed us that. No other options, no other models, no other explanations! Total waste of time.
