Very impressed. Flat tire and then found out the other 3 tires were dry rotting and needed to be replaced. Pulled in and from the minute I walked in the store and was greeted by a gentleman named Steve. The service and pricing was excellent. Definitely recommended. Excellent all around service. I brought the car in with a complaint of a noisr on the passenger side when i was waiting for service the older gentleman that was up by the counter said it sounded like a bearing problem when i picked up the car they said they replaced the brakes but didnt address the bearings which is the original problem I brought it in for and still need to be replaced because they are making noise

I called to see an estimate for a tire repair and they had much lower prices than the competitors. I was skeptical at first because I had never had any work done here before, but they did an amazing job and everything was on time. Unlike other shops they don’t call you after you drop your car off to “add more necessary maintenance” just to get more money. I would highly recommend this shop and it is where I will be taking all of my vehicles from now on.

I recently brought in a vehicle of mine that was in storage for the last six years and had not been started in five. Gus, Steve, Andy and the rest of the Team had it up and running in a couple days and it operates as well as it ever did. They went through a detailed list of what would have to be checked and they repaired what was necessary. I would not have trusted anyone else with a job like that. Life savers. Broke down on the side of the road during a move from CO to MI. I called hi-tech in an absolute panic on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck on a Saturday afternoon and not only did they get me right in, they were incredibly kind in the process. I cannot thank them enough for their help, both physically and mentally LOL. My new home may be 3.5 hours away but I will drive to them any day!!!

After my wifes car had a blowout, Hi-Tech was able to get a tow truck out in less than an hour and get the car repaired in less than 24.The new tire was installed, the alignment was checked, and the rim was inspected in that time. Great service as always!

I love this place. We’ve had two of our cars worked on here here. The work is always done in a timely fashion and for not as much as other places you would go. They call and give you detailed updates about what’s going on, the estimated cost, and always ask for your permission first before fixing it. Another thing that keeps me coming back is they always tell you what can wait if there’s a lot going on with your car. For example, Steve told me my front two tires needed to be replaced and that the back two could go for a little while longer before needing to be replaced as well. He also told me that the tires that Michelin had a coupon on would end up costing me more money in the long run, so it would just be best to go with other ones. A great, great place! I dreaded trying to find a new car repair place when I moved here, so I’m very grateful I was recommended to use them. They’ve got my business for as long as I’m here.

I came in from out of town and noticed a scraping noise underneath my truck. I knew I would not be able to drive 400 miles back home without having it looked at. I contacted Hi-Tech at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon and Steve said bring it and well take a look at it. They got it right up on the lift discovered what the issue was and repaired it. I was out of there in a little over an hour! Steve and Andy were great and I enjoyed passing the time talking with them while my truck was repaired. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality, timely and reasonably priced service. Great job guys!

Cant say enough good things about this place. They are friendly and reasonably priced as well as get your job done quickly and the work has thus far been perfect. Had a lift kit done on my Toyota Fj by my friend and it still need to be aligned. This is where I brought it and they straightened me out!!

I’m not a mechanic but labor rates high, labor hours inflated and mark up on parts was more than double after checking auto parts stores. And when we brought it back bc engine light still on and problem not fixed we didn’t get a good explanation. Been going there for years but won’t be back. Felt GOUGED.

Im very happy with the service provided by this shop. Gus was extremely polite and a pleasure to do business with. I wasnt charged for services that I thought I needed, but the techs found out I didnt. My car drives like new now! On Saturday July 11th I took my 2013 Honda Accord to check on my Alternator, the car would not start and I left the car there and Andy Tsamis said he would check the car out and call with a price. Andy called and told me the price for a Alternator, battery and a belt installed and also he said that I needed a new Alternator instead of a Remanufactured Alternator because Honda and Toyota cars did not do well and would not last long, and the car would not be ready until Tuesday the 14th. On Tuesday I went to check on the car and Andy said the part was not there yet and it would be ready on Wednesday the 15th I told Andy that Firestone could have the car fix the same day and I was told that they used Remanufactured Alternators instead of new Alternator.On Wednesday I picked up my car and went home and I just looked under the hood and there was a rebuilt Alternator instead of a new one, I called and ask why was there a Remanufactured Alternator in my car and was told it was a new Remanufactured Alternator from Honda and I said it is labeled Remanufactured again they said it was a new Alternator. So please explain why would a new Alternator be labeled Remanufactured, and what is the price difference. Remanufactured means NOT NEW.ThanksDarrell Taylor

Easy to get appointment. Owners and mechanics are all very nice.Service is a bit pricey and they did a regular oil change when I asked for a synthetic oil change. Now I have to get the oil swapped out again.

I called in the morning they got me in and out with new tires for my daughters Cruze at a great price.

I recently went to this location as my car was having its lights turned on and off by itself. I got an estimate for $1500 because Gus said it was a switch problem. I then went to another location, they rectified the problem in my car for $179 and was notified from the another auto shop it was not a switch problem. This makes me wonder if they actually diagnostic cars here or if they are fraudulently charging people $80 and above for an estimate.
