The assistant manager may be one of the most insulting people I have met in my lifetime. Don’t waste your time. You are probably better off with 2 cans and a string for phone service. Run, don’t walk away from this store.

This is truly a useless store. No customer service, very rude and about as knowledgeable as a wall. Had a 3day old phone that suddenly went dead. All they did was plug it into a charger and when it was still dead (I knew it would be) said basically there was nothing they could do for me. Im leaving out a lot of the back and forth. They told me there was no tmobile customer service land line I could call only the one on my dead phone!!!!Oh and when I left sarcastically wished me a good day.Went to the store on 143rd in Orland and left in 4 minutes with a working phone. It was a software glitch

Stopped at store at 2:30 p.m. Asked employee a question regarding my recent switch to T-Mobile and a new phone I was going to purchase. Told her I would stop back later. She said they were open till 8:00 p.m. I returned at 3:55 p.m. to find the store closed with the security screen down. No note or sign on the door. Called the store with no answer or voice mail to explain the reason for being closed. Totally unacceptable! One star rating is too high.

Pretty much the worst company ever and this store is also widely unprofessional. I am very liberal but I don’t appreciate the super loud music - I couldn’t even hear them speak. The music was also very profane - I don’t think I should be hearing the n word and the p word in a business. Also we waited over an hour to be helped and there were 2 people in front of us. One person didn’t know what they were doing and Carlos was too busy dancing and rapping to be helping out. I would recommend any other carrier but not T mobile after everything the company has put me through. I even left after everything to Verizon and it is already SO MUCH BETTER.

Very helpful, informative, and not pushy. They also were not lazy and willing to help me with my sprint services and upgrades through sprint unlike another store that was that sent me to this better store. Will be back to upgrade when able. Thank you!

My wife picked up a used like new T-Mobile phone Galaxy S9 we showed up Monday around 5 p.m. May 3rd 2021 the young man in there whats on his own personal phone talking to who knows who not a customer and when I ask him questions he just nodded his head and when he wasnt on the phone he just turned around who was singing is music allowed that was on the speakers above then a young lady came out and was very basic help transferring data from my wifes old phone to her new she couldnt find downloads she couldnt transfer games and again the other young man showed no effort to help we did get our photos text messages and phone numbers thats about it I left my wife stayed for help but she never received and when she got home I said was it just me or was that young man very rude she said nope not to see you hes rude T-Mobile should do a better job training can just blaming the new generation and accepting that as an answer

I received exceptional service and courtesy from the staff at the Mokena T-Mobile store, particularly Jonathan, who worked with me to set up a new phone for a relative with cognitive decline. His knowledge of which phones would best meet our needs, his clarity in explaining its operation, and his preparing it to be extremely user-friendly made my experience at the store very pleasant.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I caution EVERYONE to avoid this place, is was so terrible that I switched carriers. Slow, Rude, and hostile environment. They accomplished nothing and were extremely insulting.

My wife had a problem with a old phone. Went into store and explained problem with Carlos. He had patience of Saint, was on phone with teck support for 45 min could not resolve problem. Fast forward got a new phone and visited the store. Again Carlos was very helpful and courteous. Thanks Tmobile for having a dedicated employee.

I want to start off by saying this tmobile is one of the best tmobiles i went too. I went to a tmobile who turned me away because they didnt know/not trained on how to solve the issue i was having so I called this location and Ray answered the phone and told me he can fix it. When i went to this one i was amazed because Ray greeted me so nicely and did not turn me away. He wasted no time trying to help me and was so kind. Ray walked me through the different steps to resolve the issue and in no problem the issue was resolved. The other staff members were friendly as well. Thank you so much! If i have another issue I will be coming back to this location.

Purchased a phone from there starting having issues with the battery from the start went back they give you every excuse why they can’t help tell you bunch of bs have you running around wasting time no problem taking hundreds of dollars all nice till you need help pretty much they tell you to gfy. Go somewhere else.

Dex was very knowledgeable and actually listened to us! Asked questions and helped us decide which phone would best suit our needs. Not push us into something wed regret. (Has happened at another T Moble) Left a sour taste and added more to our bill. We had to order our phones...but Im actually going to get the phone Ive wanted.

The T-Mobile expert that assisted me yesterday with upgrading my phone was Carlos R. He was knowledgeable and offered multiple options, and was very patient with me as I weighed the choices. He was a great listener and learned what my priorities were as a customer, and then tailored that information to personalize my experience. We are sprint customers and we are advise to go t mobile store for a sim switch. Seems that they dont want to assist us. Making excuses. Carlos is the name and the other girl. Dont even check the system. Thats why i hate t mobile because the customer service is very poor. But i guess we dont have a choice now but to deal with them. Any supervisor on this store branch please make your customer service are more friendly and effecient!

I strongly recommend this store. They have all new friendly staff. I came in because I had questions about my phone and was looking into getting a new one. They set me up with a new phone and a more affordable plan. I also got hooked up with a screen protector, case and a speaker. The manager there was so nice and the staff over all was so friendly!

Only one person was working because her co-worker quit that morning! But even with 4 customers in line (me being the third). I was in the store for less than half an hour and able to upgrade my phone and transfer all the content. The lady helping me was very knowledgeable, helping one lady log into her Apple account and calmly answering her, um, questions (Wait... whats that again? Apple what? Something on my phone?) and another elderly lady understand how to send picture texts. I love my phone and loved the service!

Went here to have them port my lines over from another carrier. It took a while but the process was pretty easy, the associates did all the work and seemed knowledgeable. My only issue is when I walked in, one of there display unit speakers was playing explicit and graphic music and there were small children in the store. I had to turn their music of myself.

Worst employees (including manager) I have ever dealt with. Zero knowledge on T-Mobile processes (such as billing, credit checks, promotions, you name it) and even less when it comes to friendly service. No pleasant anything, not even a smile. These people will not put forth any extra effort for you or your business.

My daughter went in to inquire about a phone. After giving her information to the employee, Manny, she discovered that the phones were overpriced and declined. On her way out of the store she noticed her current cell phone had no service. They assured her they would fix it. They did not. They contacted her current provider and had her service shut off without her knowledge! Her current provider says it can only be fixed by T Mobile or she has to start a new account. Scam artists.

Stay far far away from this place. Honestly, just make the drive to the one in Matteson,IL. They promised me a free upgrade, which they didnt fulfill, the manager or whomever she is does not know what she was talking about, the T-Mobile customer service guy I was on the phone with tried calling the store while I was in there to tell them my situation and they just looked at the phone and didnt answer. It was three of them at the counter! And after everything they felt the need to upgrade my plan to an additional 15 gb of 4g which was billed to my account. I did not give them permission! The people at corporate really need to look into this store. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Why do I even bother with this store. If you dont want to work...go home! Wanted the 8 plus... Was told it would take to long to upload my data from my phone to new phone, and they closed in an hour. 2nd time they lost a sale from me. What a waste of time.
