Buyer beware! Its been nearly a year and Ive had, and still have, a lot of issues with my Verizon account. Theres almost no relationship or responsibility between Go Wireless and Verizon to the point where I have to resolve any issues between both parties. The best part is that I called Verizon today and they told me they are having a lot of issues with their 3rd party retailers. Skip this store and order directly from Verizon or one of their corporate stores. It will save you 40 hours of your personal time.

Went to the location to pickup a phone and was told to waiting in my car they took my number and never got a call. 4 hours later they calling me. Went to new Lenox location better service and a lot faster.

Purchased a phone online from this location and went to pick it up this evening. I arrived at 6:04 and much to my disappointment, the store closed at 6. I swore to myself as I noted their business hours for tomorrow and was bummed I’d have to wait. But as I began to walk back to my car, the door opened and an angel named Joshua appeared. He asked if I had placed an online order and kindly invited me inside! I went in and was so pleasantly surprised, as he was finishing his transaction with his last customers, and paused that to catch me before I left! He finished with them and patiently helped me get a case and screen protector. Instead of trying to rush to get me out, he even offered to help me with applying the screen protector! Because of my experience with Joshua, I will definitely come back here for any future phone/tech needs.

Called to discuss issues I was having with my new phone purchase. Could hardly get a word in with the person that answered the phone. Did not want to listen to me, did not want to help.

I have been waiting two months for a phone, each time I call for an update the phone system routes me to a different location They wont transfer me back to Mokena, so I have to drive over once a week for an update. Ridiculous.

Tracie, the store manager, was an incredible help! She directed me to an offer on two IPhone 11’s and even went out of her way to be sure I could keep them a secret for Christmas Day. Saved me money AND was extremely knowledgeable. Very rare to see such exceptional customer service.

Tracie and Josh were phenomenal! Major players in the game of problem solving! Walked out with 2 new iPhone 11’s.. Walked us through everything... the is THE only Verizon store to go to! The bar has been set, now all other stores should follow!!Thank you Tracie!!!

Worked with Janelle...she was AWESOME! We went with our daughter to buy her very first phone for her birthday and Janelle made the experience perfect! She couldnt have been more pleasant or helpful! Had stopped at another location in New Lenox prior to this store and it was the complete opposite experience. Wouldnt recommend the New Lenox Verizon store to anyone as their customer service skills are non-existent. On top of that, Janelle offered us a much better price for the same phone and plan we had shopped for at the New Lenox store. Couldnt believe how different these two locations are. Way to go Mokena Verizon!!

They’re probably the best Verizon out here. Super nice and helpful. Tracie helped me set up the family settings on my daughter’s iPad and transfer all the info I wanted when I got new phones so I definitely recommend this location!

A great store. I was looking for the most sensible, economical, long-term solution for my adult daughter’s cell service. The reps were patient, and knowledgeable, as they laid out the various options available to me. I will definitely go back for any future wireless needs.

Was lied to by salesperson. Added services I did not approve or was even asked about. Returned and was told by a polite worker that she was sorry but person that helped me was new, but there was nothing she could do to help me and I needed a manager. Problem was they are not allowed to give out schedules so she couldnt tell me when the manager would even be there. Its been a week Ive yet to hear back from the manager.

The ladies here are all so patient and kind and helped me set up my new phone easily
