If it wasnt for the doctor id give no stars, Honestly i had high hopes not only did i travel 18 miles to get my glasses done when they called they gave me specific dates and time to go of course none fit my schedule but i had to wait 2 months until I had a day off, but when i got them they were so loose the optician had to grab the used pair from the board which was ok, i understood the lab made them like that, but the lense is all out they on the front like it very noticeable Id take a picture but i cant attach, and theyre falling down on me, not what i was hoping to get.

Management and staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was having some issues when I tried my new glasses on in store and they were able to fix it right away and make some at home suggestions to allow my eyes to adjust to the new frames. I highly recommend this location! Thank you!

I was last there about 1 year ago and I will never go there again. I purchased my sons glasses during their yearly sale and they were very poor quality. I had to pay to get them repaired. The first time was under warranty and the second time, they werent any longer. There was only 1 employee working at that location at the time. One! She had to answer phones and take care of customers. The wait time was ridiculous just to pick up glasses, or get them repaired, or ask a question if she was on the phone or helping another customer.

Went in for the Kindergarten exam that was being advertised and it was awful. I felt bad for my child. He knows his letter and shapes but when asked, he got nervous. The doctor was getting frustrated, my child was frustrated. In the car on the way home, my child asked numerous times if he had done something wrong and kept apologizing. He shouldnt feel that way after any kind of doctors visit. I was not impressed and actually irritated that they were not better with kids considering they were advertising Kindergarten exams.
