This pharmacy is really the slowest. The people are kind but get these people some more help please !

Katrina Berres was incredible. I came in to get Covid tested in a bad mood because she said it would take 4 to 5 business days. She was an Angel. I received my test results inn24 hours!! How fortunate you are to have her there. God Bless you! Gordon Stacy

The drive thru pharmacy is a joke! 20 minutes in line, 5 cars ahead of me, 2 behind. Service is unacceptable. Im done with CVE!

Worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. All sorts of issues from not having medication ready even though you called it in well in advance, price errors applying insurance or coupons correctly, waiting 10 minutes at times if not more at the pick up window. Avoid!!

I Love Sky he is the Boulder that holds this pharmacy together .Hes always smiling & so nice .I know this man deserves a vacation But oh how I miss him when hes gone ! I think this man needs a raise as well as an extended vaca because when hes working He works extremely hard to make sure you are covered in every matter .THANK YOU SKY FOR BEING THE BOULDER TO THIS PHARMACY.

Absolute garbage pharmacy techs. They have given me someone elses medication and denied it when it was brought to their attention, they never have MY medicine on time, they claim that my insurance doesnt cover my insulin and then charge me the $300 for it when I check with my insurance THEY DO cover it. They are rude and none of them should be employed.

Helped by a tech named Aisha. Everything was too much of a bother for her from looking into my prescription to looking at a prescription I was picking up for my brother. I saw her roll her eyes when i told her the prescription was new, like going to the pharmacist to counsel me was such a chore when she’s not the one even doing it. Customer service just deplorable. Is it that hard to just be a good human being?

This pharmacy is hands down the WORST pharmacy i have ever encountered. your prescriptions are never filled on time. they NEVER!!!!! have your medicine in stock. anytime they tell you it will be ready, add on an extra two-three hours. you go to pick it up, and youre always forced to pull back around in another ten minutes. I have NEVER had these kind of unprofessional, awful issues with Walgreens. I suggest making sure your doctor always sends your prescriptions to a Walgreens because this is ridiculous.

Lou is an amazing pharmacist. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this location however Lou stands out as this locations superstar.

Don’t go here.I was trying to access the MoneyGram center (Receiving). My phone said it was available and the phone they had me use to call said my money was available as well. The computer was saying it wasn’t. Ralph tried to continue to help me. Mindy was very rude and every time I continued to ask for help she yelled, “NEXT CUSTOMER” “CVS CARD?” To other customers in line. The only reason Ralph helped was because I asked him to after Mindy walked away from.

CVS which doesnt accept Blue Cross PPO. Completely outrageous, will never shop at a CVS again.

Pharmacy never has my medicationThey do not follow through.

Everytime I go to this store I wait at an empty counter for an employee to come, or in a very long line with only one person checking. The other day I was walking out into about four inches of snow, and fell on my first step out the door. There was no salt or path clear, but the manager was outside beginning to shovel. She watched me fall, and didnt acknowledge me, or even ask if I was okay. Ill be going out of my way to Walgreens a few miles down the street instead of to this crappy store.

3 hours to get meds when I was told it will be an hour

I cant believe Im the first to review this place. This place screws up more prescriptions for customers more than any place I know. I recently went to pick up a prescription around 6pm which they told me would be ready after 3pm and it wasnt ready. They told me it was somehow on hold, though Ive gotten the same prescription numerous times at the same location. 3 other customers before me had similar issues (where they called in and arrived and their prescription wasnt ready). Its crazy. I dont know whats happened to this location but Ive moved all my prescriptions to another location because of it. Save yourself time and a major headache by going somewhere else.

It’s a CVS. Sometimes busy. Sometimes not. Sometimes wait. Sometimes don’t.

Pharmacy is great.
