Doctor put in a prescription on Sept.24, but just had it filled only a few days before so it was on hold. Now that I try to fill it they say they need to call doctor for authorization. I try to call pharmacy and was on hold for 45 minutes without any contact. Time 5o find a new pharmacy. This place has gone down hill quickly...

The wife and I got an additional dose of the Moderna vaccine on 10/28/21 @ 1100 at the Walgreens in Mokena, IL. Not sure of the persons name who gave the shot, but she was not friendly. The whole process took about 2 seconds. I have never felt needle pain like this before and I’ve never had so much bleeding on a bandage like you see in the photo. My arm was swollen as well. While it doesn’t hurt while I’m leaving this review, my wife’s arm is in pain.I just want someone to know what you might expect if you get your vaccine at the Mokena location. Maybe the bleeding is no big deal, but it is to me. And it wouldn’t hurt to have a little more conversation about what to expect during and after. I guess some folks feel overwhelmed with having to stick a needle in someone’s arm all day long.

Years ago used to be good service from store section and pharmacy section. Today it is not. Walgreens Corp today is mickey mouse mismanaged. AmerisourceBergen Corp. agreed to buy Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc.’s pharmaceutical wholesale businesses for about $6.5 billion in cash and stock, extending the U.S. drug distribution giant’s reach in Europe in January 2021. That will not help what cant be fixed.

It wasnt anything special. Just a regular Walgreens like any other.

Went in for a flu shot and ended up with a horrible experience. Counter clerk asked for my insurance and because I had an HMO, referred me to sign into the clinics computer. After checking in and then waiting approximately a half hour or more, I was told I signed in wrong and was mixed up with another patient who was an 11 year old. Mind you, Im 32. Was then escorted by the nurse/tech back to the front desk clerk and was told I had to go through them (Walgreens) for a voucher I had through my school. Was told it would be another wait, and because I didnt show them the voucher at first, it was my fault. I gave them 5 more minutes before I walked out without the flu shot. They tried to remedy the situation by filling out an appt card to come back anytime. There wont be another time. Thanks for wasting my time. Definitely not a convenience by any means and they even admitted their sign in system is a mess. Save yourself the trouble and just stay away.

I have been going to the store since it opened. lived in mokena and own a business there. now I live in Manhattan and still use this mokena great people. The pharmacist are very knowledgeable and are always willing to help or answer a question.

The black female seemed to following me like i was a thief. She said she would look for paper towels in back i dont believe her. Dont live out that way just deliver containers. Also a mix up with the cashier about pricing not to helpful.

. i have been going to this walgreens for 6 years now. first off . the pharmacists are rude most of the time and almost all of the time the prescriptions are not ready to pick up. on top of this it seems like the staff does not care. the pharmacist opened at 9 and it’s 9:20 and not one person has come to the window to help . 1-5 for this walgreens

James was very helpful and kind in assisting me in taking and printing my passport photo. Leah was very kind in helping me as well.

Caring and kind staff. Pharmacists are excellent and available to answer any questions.

I went here to get an immunization for school, as I typically go here and all is well, but after I got home from getting the shot I got a call back from this Walgreens saying how the individual who administered the shot didnt reconstitute the solution or something and so I essentially was injected with water and did not actually recieve the immunization. I have to go back now to get *another* shot. It goes without saying how dangerous it is to be administered something other than what you were supposed to and Im hoping next time everything goes well - should I come back.

When I go to pick up a Prescription it’s never on time or right. I hate going there.
