Great department store!Reasonable prices!A large selection of products in each department and a complete grocery store. The fresh food must be frequently picked through by staff because Ive never seen over-ripe fruits or vegetables, and NEVER any thing gone bad. It is also neatly arranged, ready for its photo shoot, lol, but really ready for an appetizing display for customers. The shelves are dust-free, well stocked and fronted so products are easy to reach.There are always plenty of lanes open, so customers can check out quickly. The cashiers are trained to sack chemical products separately from food and to arrange products in the bag for a stable carry.There are always plenty of cleaned, charged, and ready electrical wheelchairs for handicapped customers, unlike many stores in the south suburbs.I love their flowers and plants display directly as I come in. I always go there first, and even if I dont pick up something beautiful for my home, I start my shopping chores in a happy mood.

My go to store for everything...personal products, groceries, hardware, clothing, shoes, etc. Prices are good, the self checkout is very convenient and they are well staffed. Their Bakery is amazing. I order all of my cakes here for the adults or kids. It all tastes great and the artwork is beautiful! You cant miss with this store. Pharmacy is excellent and I saved a ton of money (no exaggeration) when I transferred my prescriptions. Very highly recommend.

Been getting meijer pick up for several months now. Every time I get an order I am missing something. My last order was entirely substituted. Theyre always out of stock. Ordered a bag of salad and it was completely wilted. I keep going back thinking it was just a mistake but it happens every time.

Every single time I have used their pick-up service, they have gotten multiple things wrong or completely forgotten items with no reason. I had to fight with the kid who brought me a totally different soda. I told him I wasn’t going to pay for something I didn’t want. He told me I had to! Because I okayed the order, regardless if they picked the wrong item. Then, they have marked items completed, but they’re not with my order. I’ve also had them give me things I didn’t order. Substitutions are TERRIBLE. I have left negative feedback for each of the surveys they gave me regarding the experience, and NO ONE reached out. I don’t like shopping at Walmart, but their pick up service is EXCELLENT. I had one problem with an order there, and someone contacted me the next day! From Walmart!!! Meijer, I absolutely love shopping at your store but can’t because of COVID. Pick up is the only way you’ll get my money. And because of such terrible experiences and zero follow up, I won’t be back.

We had a situation with the price of the items for 2 separate times over there and we were using a self checkout at the store. There was an assistant Tanya, who helped us both times. She was very professional, attentive, helped us with the smile on her face and she new what she was doing. TANYA YOU ARE THE BEST !!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!!!!

I entered the store to make a purchase when a woman with a dark completion wearing a Meijers uniform told me they were closed when it was clear they were open as theyre were other people in there. When I insisted on purchasing a much needed item for a terminally ill relative. I was assulted with rude remarks.

We love shopping here. Friendly staff and great selection of almost everything. Would be a 5 star if checkout didnt always take as long as the shopping. Give yourself time to check out!

Needed to use the restroom, it was very dirty with toilet on the floor. Being in a wheelchair I had to use the handicap stall and the toilet seat wasnt even attached to the toilet.

On Thursday customers were allowed to walk in without masks. There were 3 men with ties talking business and a woman at desk and not one stopped the woman I witnessed going in being stopped. This is unacceptable. If you need a security guard hire one.

Never order from Meijer in Mokena! I got a confirmation of my order at 6:30am, saying itll be ready for puck up at my designated time, pull up, call the puck up # to be informed that my order wasnt available! No substitution, no notice, no text, nothing!!! Worse pick up experience yet in the area.....will never use again!

They have everything, they have so much were in there for over an Hour. Put on your walking shoes you could be in there a minute and plus Its Good Exercise.😁

Really nice store always clean and organized. Make sure you get an mperks number and use their app to clip coupons. Ive saved a lot of money using their app.Their gas station is really nice as well. They have Top Tier Gas and you can use your mperks number at the pump to earn rewards.

This is place is unacceptable. Aisles blocked with pallets of product along with carts filled with card board and no one working in the aisles. Shelves are empty, bathrooms are dirty, and the staff is very rude. Staff is more concerned with whats on their phones then the customer. Meijer has 3 or 4 employees in the deli and only one helping customers when theres a line of 6 or more with a wait time of over a half an hour is absurd. The lack of product on the shelves needs to be addressed. Management needs to be reevaluated for allowing these unacceptable practices to continue.

The Meijer in Mokena is always clean and well organized. They sanitize the carts which is nice.. We do a majority of our grocery shopping here because they almost always have everything on our list. (Occasionally they dont have something we need, so we end up going to Jewel and paying more for it.) My only real complaint is that they dont pay attention to the checkout lanes and open more checkouts when needed. I overheard someone saying that they open more lanes at a specific time. The problem is shoppers dont decide to check out according to the clock: They check out when theyre finished shopping. Waiting in line is a pain sometimes. Otherwise, its a good store for groceries.

The staff so friendly, they never mind helping you get things off of shelves that are up too high, they dont even mind if you need a hand pushing your cart because you bought so much. If I could I would give them 10 Stars.

Amazing deals, helpful staff, and a (very very) large amount of items makes this my go to place for good, clothing, and general electronics. Having been the first supermarket chain in the U.S., its no wonder theyve perfected the craft. And their adaptation to Covid regulations just shows how willing they are to accommodate to their consumers needs. They have wipes, hand sanitizer, and they have shopping lanes marked for flow of traffic so contact is minimized. Their large selection of food in combination with their great bundle deals made this an easy pick over other grocery stores. And the electronics section has an abundance of products at surprisingly competitive prices compared to other retailers.

Former employee at this store. Was part of the first training class when this store opened up. Worked nights. Good place to work. Pay is decent if you are in high school as a merchandising clerk. Employees and team leads are good. Upper management you really only see during the day. So if you have something to talk about you have to stay after your shift. Other wise it’s pretty easy work.

All employees were super nice. This is the best supermarket around. Clean store, smells great, fantastic variety of fresh produce! The priced are great too. Very impressed!!

Like to shop here though store is so big. They have good fresh produce and bakery. Deli Dept is well stocked and prices are reasonable. Fresh fried chicken is really good, also salads, variety of cheeses. Have clothes, shoes, flowers. Best of all, they have sales person if you need anything. Great store to shop in.

This Meijer in Frankfort was very well stocked. My usual Meijer is in Homer Glen and is much closer. However, they are still out of so many things. This Meijer...not so!They had everything! It was refreshing not to see so many empty shelves. If you live in the area....this should be your store.

I like the produce selection at this store. The produce is of high quality. My idea of high quality is off season apples. If they are fresh and not mealy regardless of when you buy them, thats quality produce, overall. The only downside to this store are the checkout lines. They always seem long whenever I go and it seems to take a long time to get through checkout.

Went in to get Rebel Cherry Chip Ice Cream. They were out 😢😢

I ordered groceries 3 days before I was to pick them up. When I went to pick them up I was told they were not available as they were only filling orders for next day pickup. This is contrary to what their website states.

I bought some bags of pork rinds from here, and a few days later I took a bag out of the pantry and find out it was a customer return that someone restocked - with a sticker on the back saying not to restock! I was very sick afterwards. Meijer should do a better job about making sure returned food doesnt go back on the shelf. Very grossed out, and I will not shop here again.
