My service contact person at the desk was efficient and personable. He pointed out that I needed some minor recall work and included that in my appointment. I appreciated that he was so aware of such things. During my appointment, he pointed out additional preventative maintenance work that could be done, but he did not press the issue, since I was not interested in additional work. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I plan on having all my maintenance work done with you guys in the future and when it is time for a new car, I will be buying it from you.

I just recently had a oil change done at this location. It was my first time there, I regret going there and not just sticking to drivers choice in Davenport. I took my Nissan Rouge for the oil change and to get a scrubbing/scrapping sound checked out, which I believed to be my brakes or a hub assembly. After paying for my oil change Sean told me that the scrapping sound was from rust on the rotors, I believed him because I thought it made sense since this is my 3rd vehicle which STAYS in the garage. I paid and Sean told me that it’s just rust and to ride it out, and that also I have a small leak in my AC “something” he didn’t give me an exact location. He quotes me 1,200 for the work and said don’t worry about it it’s super small right now. I said okay and left, thanking them for the service. 2 days later I decided to have my 20” rims put on my Nissan since the DEALERSHIP said it wasn’t my brakes or a hub just rust. So while having the rims put on, the guy noticed that my brakes were so dangerously low that it was scrapping my rotors.!!!! I kept the brake pads just to show the lack of effectiveness this dealership is offering. One day after that, my A/c just all of sudden stops working!!!!! I’m like OMGOSH!!!!! Something was done to my truck, and I do not appreciate the manipulative tactics used to get a return customer! This is definitely not the way. And my fluids were not topped off. (The picture below is my coolant jug).

The man who greeted me was very friendly and extremely efficient. Not only did the mechanic fix my car but also washed the exterior. The room to wait in was comfortable, had bottles of water for their customers, and the restroom was right across the hall.

I had a good experience with salesman Joe Campagna 5 years ago when we bought a Sentra, so I reached out to Joe via email expressing my desire to work with him again. He responded to my email promptly and we agreed to a time when Id visit the dealership. He was ready for me when I arrived, and we got right down to the business of looking at some vehicles and sharing thoughts on the sales process. Joe was able to connect me with exactly what I was looking for (a Kicks in the lower price range...I didnt want to pay for additional features). He found the lowest price Kicks on the lot, and didnt try to sell me extra things that I didnt want. He also helped me look through various payment options and helped me find the one I was most comfortable with. It was a pleasant, no-hassle, no-pressure car-buying experience.

Initially based on the volume of the service requests, I was told that it could take couple of days to get to it. However, I was pleasantly surprised that Service Technicians kept me updated on the phone and repairs were completed on the same day. I always had positive experience at this dealership.
