I cannot say enough good things about Sexton Ford. The atmosphere at Sexton Ford is very friendly and genuine. Because I had to wait for my house to close, 8 days after I first visited them, they accommodated me regarding the vehicle I wanted. They offered me a very fair price for my trade in and I knew it was fair. The salesman, Shane Willard was exceptionally helpful in walking me through the process and eagerly answered my questions. Ive purchased several vehicles in my lifetime but I feel dealing with Sexton Ford, and especially Shane Willard, youre dealing with family. I find myself wondering why have gone elsewhere in the past, although Ive purchased 5 vehicles from Sexton in the last 40 years. From the salesman to the sales manager, I would rate them a 10 star if it were allowed. Thank you Sexton Ford for making a good into a great day!!!

This was an out-of-state purchase, but it could not have been smoother. Tim OBrian (Internet Sales Manager) happily provided me with all of the photos and other information I requested.Maybe undeserved, but automobile dealers dont have the best reputations.So most importantly, Tim was honest and professional, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with this transaction.I highly recommend Sexton Ford for your next vehicle purchase.

Very great customer service, especially STEVE !!! 1 of the salesmen. Called the dealership up 1 day and asked to speak to a salesmen about brand new f-250 and I was transferred to Steve and he was very professional, honest and trustworthy. He got me into the truck, LIKE HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO faster then what I thought. WOULD RECOMMEND STEVE (salesmen) if your trying to get into a vehicle that’s great and reliable, he won’t let you down!!! Financial department was awesome too, easy and quick :)

I bought my Taurus SHO from them a couple months back before me and my wife got married, which can be a stressful time in life. The whole team at Sexton was so nice and easy to work with! Especially Tim and Claudia, those two are great and if you get the chance to buy with them do it! I live 1.5 hours away, saw the car online, called them up, and Tim had the car washed and ready to test drive by the time I got there. I bought it the same day within just a couple hours. I just had my car in for an inspection at my local dealership and everything was perfect, they found nothing wrong. The car has 30,000 miles and the brakes, tires, coolant, and engine are in almost perfect condition and they gave me a really good deal on the car. The other Taurus is my dads, they make great family cars!

Not gonna lie Ive heard some bad things about Sexton growing up but I gotta say I didnt have that experience at all, I Just bought a Ram 2500 and my salesman Bryce, he was helpful and easy to work with and didnt put alot of pressure on you to buy anything, I had a problem with the truck after I left the dealership and I really appreciate Sexton for being helpful and getting the truck in right away and looked at even when they couldve turned me away. I really appreciate it and will definitely be recommending them to others

I would highly recommend this dealership not only to purchase a new vehicle with their low prices and friendly staff, but also for their body shop work! We had a little mishap with our Explorer resulting in some cosmetic and mechanical issues. We brought it to the dealer, and they got her all done and fine within a good timing! The best part of having the work done is that they provided a free loaner vehicle for us and she looks good as new! They also had no problem with me coming in to check on our baby! Definitely would recommend this dealer!

After being a loyal Ford customer for many years, I will never again trust Sexton Ford service department with my vehicle, nor will I purchase another Ford from them. I was lied to repeatedly, strung along for weeks and overcharged almost $200 on repairs. (I was charged an extra $50 over the quote for an already expense brake job... and told we would not be charged labor for a throttle body due to their mishandling of it all. Of course that was a lie... we were charged!) Due to their lies and actions (or lack of actions), I also had almost $1,000 extra to pay in other expensesbecause of them. They have an entire lot of cars and they could not give me a loaner while keeping my car for two weeks? I was promised my car would be done so we could take it on our prepaid vacation. Since we were going to the mountains they convinced me it needed the over priced brake job (for safety) so I agreed... and then they couldntget the car fixed in time! I would not have gotten the brakes done right now if I had known I wasnt driving it on vacation. I could gave gotten brakes done way cheaper when we got back! They would not give me a loaner so we had over $500 car rental expenses. (Of course they made us feel thus was somehow OUR fault because we didnt buy some expensive additional warranty?) Each time I spoke to Ryan it was another excuse as to why the part was not there. He claimed he had a part coming from another dealer. That was not true. Each time I called he acted like he didnt know who I was, yet hed always act like he was so concerned and going out of his way to help us. They gave me a customer satisfaction feedback postcard to fill out (which I did) and asked if Id like a phone call or email response... they NEVER replied. They obviously dont care that I was lied to, overcharged, and had extra expenses because of them! They lost a loyal customer! Never again!

My 2013 Ford Connects air conditioner compressor died 4 days after purchasing the vehicle. Cost is going to be $600+I had told both the salesman and the finance guy my apprehension on buying used cars because of a very bad experience at a different place years before, where I bought the vehicle and it had extensive engine damage. They assured me that they go through a multi-point inspection before cars are sold to anyone.When I contacted company to see if they would help me with this, they essentially too bad. You should have gotten an extended warranty (only the most expensive one would have covered the air compressor anyway). I asked him they would make an exception since it went out within days of purchasing. Salesman said something will always wear out on a used vehicle and no they will not help at all. Should have gotten a warranty.While I expect parts to go bad on a vehicle eventually, I dont expect it to do it within days of purchasing it. For maintaining a good reputation, they could have at least offered to pay for half of the cost of fixing it. $300 would be a decent price to pay for customer satisfaction. I will never purchase from them again, nor is my faith been restored in car dealers.This way of doing business will be going away as no bs methods like Carvana become more popular.Just an update: not sure if the response from the dealer is a bot that says to all negative reviews to contact them and see if if there is something they can do to help, but I did call them to see if there was anything they could do. They said they would get back to me. No one did. Since then, I had to pay $200 more a new air filter, oil change, and a few other things. Plus the mechanic told me I needed new spark plugs and a few scheduled recommended updates that should have been done 20k miles ago but werent. Again, I will go through Carvana next time I buy a car.

My husband and I bought a 2021 Ford Broncho Sport from this dealership. Quinn Sunderbruch was our salesman and from the get go he was the best ever! He got me coffee, was extremely personable and I don’t think he ever quit smiling..Quinn was so accommodating with letting us take the car and meeting us the next day to finalize financial paperwork! He explained all the gadgets and helped us figure out things we had no clue about! He was apologetic about waiting times that had nothing to do with him! I feel as though I got a fair deal I was satisfied. My salesmans were great. I was not impressed with the detail department. There were water spots on the car, there was some rock salt on the floorboards inside. The dash was kind of Dusty also.I would definitely buy another vehicle from Sexton Ford. My hopes would be the detail job would be top notch.

Multiple times Ive taken my vehicle in for an oil change and had to sit there for 2-3 hours if not more. One time I asked them to look at display screen putting out errors and and oil change. I sat there for 4 hours and eventually told them Ill just take my truck. They didnt even do the oil change.

NERVER AND I REPEAT EVER get your tires from this place!!! I have never had a single problem with my car up until taking my car to Sexton ford! My car was dew for new tires so we decided to get 4 new ones from them, two weeks later my front tire went flat. They couldnt find an issue after it was there all day, said they fixed it and sent it back. Two days later it was flat again. They fixed it AGAIN and sent us home. Now a month later a DIFFERENT tire went flat!if you have kids or a job and need a reliable car do not depend on Sexton ford to do a good job. If I could rate 0 stars I would!

We purchased a 2010 Ford F-150 truck from Mark Pauley at Sexton Ford on 3/29/21. Service engine light came on on 4/1/21 after driving it for less than 72 hours and a total of 86 miles. Called Sexton that day (Thursday) to report the problem and took the truck in on the following Monday (soonest they could get us in). Was told that the truck needed a new spark plug, new coil, and a tune up for a total of $600. Truck was sold with a 15 day/500 mile powertrain warranty. We understand that the powertrain warranty does not cover these repairs. However, we were also told that the vehicle had undergone an inspection and tune up before we bought it. This statement, plus the fact that we only drove the truck for 86 MILES before the engine light came on, leads us to believe that the dealership should cover the cost of these repairs. Sexton, however, is not willing to cover the cost, but rather offered to lower the bill to $400. That is not acceptable in our opinion. Everyone knows that even at $400, the dealership would be making money off of those repairs at our expense. They are not willing to stand behind the truck they sold (as having gone through an inspection and tune-up) and have now lost a customer forever. They either lied about the truck having an inspection or tune-up before we purchased it, or their service department isn’t capable of detecting and fixing problems during an inspection and tune-up. Neither scenario makes us want to do business with Sexton Ford. We wont be giving any more of our money to Sexton and picked up the truck without having them repair it. If we have to pay to repair the truck, we would rather give our money to an establishment we trust and don’t feel like is trying to take advantage of us. We do not trust Sexton Ford at this point and feel like we have been misled. I would not recommend ever buying a vehicle from Sexton Ford.

They way upmarked the price of the part I had fixed. They also trashed my car while working on it. They also did not finish the job (left steering wheel cover on the dash). It may or may not be related but when I left, my traction control light was on and two hours later my serpentine belt shredded. The belt may not have been related to their work but Im surprised they didnt notice anything wrong with it while inspecting the car. Over $800 later I have a replaced starter but now also have my traction control light on, a filthy car and a shredded serpentine belt. Before leaving I showed an employee the photos below and he was very apologetic and had the driver side vacuumed and put the part back on. This is why they get two starts instead of one. However, none of this should have been a problem.

Todd was very knowledgeable on the Escape Hybrid which was very important regarding my decision to purchase. i felt like they really listened to the type of vehicle I wanted. The specific car and color was not in the lot. Every attempt was made to find the vehicle I wanted. I called their parts department to get a pinion nut. I run a Ford rear axle in my Jeep, out of a 2011 F-350. At first they said they couldnt look it up without a VIN, but after some cajoling they looked it up by year and make. There were two options available, but they could not provide details on either option, ANY details. So I asked them for the part numbers so I could research the two parts further to determine which one I need. Then they said they could not provide part numbers. Completely unhelpful and I will be purchasing the parts I need from somewhere else.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2008 Ford F150. I want to say up front, we were well aware we were purchasing a used vehicle and it was unlikely to come without issues. We were never expecting something brand new. When we test drove the truck, which appeared to be in good shape and with little rust, the low tire pressure light came on. We made an offer and were told they couldnt possibly come down on the price. My husband needed a work truck and this was in better shape than most we had looked at in our budget. My first clue should have been when the salesman made the comment that we probably didnt want to finance because of our credit. Our credit is perfectly fine, but this was a gift and we would be paying cash. We asked that whatever was causing the tire pressure light to come on to be checked out and fixed. Unfortunately, we live four hours away and were unable to have our own mechanic check. We were assured this would be taken care of. Again, my mistake. I dont know why I thought a dealership who knew I was coming and left a low pressure light on for a test drive would be honest. My husband went back to pick up the truck and was informed everything was fixed, drove back and picked it up. He got halfway home and like magic, the low tire pressure light was on again. After checking it out, it turned out to be a screw in the rear tire, which is an easy fix. We also found the rear struts were leaking fluid. These are things that you would expect to happen on an older vehicle and we took care of them ourselves. If you are looking for an honest and upfront sales experience, however, I would not recommend Sexton. I found the overall experience to be lackluster. The salesman making an assumption about my credit and being told the tire issue was fixed left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not consider going back.UPDATE: I had a phone call from the sales manager, who was very professional and apologized for our troubles. I only wish our experience had been like this phone call from the beginning. They did make this right and you have to give credit for following up and wanting a customer to have a good experience. Thank you for addressing our concerns and reimbursing us for the problems.

They were booked so it took a month to get it back and the first thing at pick up was a dent right in middle of the hood from someone closing it. Then later the door pocket full of screws from unfinished work. Service use to do alright but the last 2 times they called to tell me it’s done and one of the main items wasn’t done, and I know I told them. And last time one item still isn’t fixed. They sure can call with up sales though.So let’s see how the next pick up goes in a few weeks.

Car buying is sooooo hard, but the team at Sexton Ford makes it easy! We got a very fair amount for our trade and a very good price for a new vehicle. Their website includes an online credit application that we completed online so we didnt have to spend any extra time in the office. Thank you for your patience and for helping us find the best vehicle for us.

I love my new Ford Escape! I was sad to see my Fusion go though. It has been my favorite car. I have a back injury so I had to find something easier for me to get into. The Escape is just about everything I need, not too sure about the lift gate yet, I like a car trunk. Sexton was great to work with.

Had front end body work done. Fantastic work. Paint mached. All bolts were paintedVery professionall and attention to detail. When I picked my vehicle up a good explanation of repairs was given. The vehicle was cleaned and detailed inside and out. The body shop manager/ service writer (Steve) kept me up to date as repairs were done. Very very pleased.

Very friendly people at Sexton Ford I never felt I was pressured into buying a vehicle but it took forever to get the paperwork done the sales person that help me didnt know much about the truck i was looking at. i was very disappointed in my experience there but there was a bright side Ben in the finance department was willing to work with me to get the best possible deal that works within my budget.

Sent me on a test drive not once but twice in a truck thats been on their lot for over 6 months that had serious steering issues. Almost went into the ditch at highway speeds on the first dri e then was supposed to be fixed went back 2 weeks later and same thing happened
