Just fired up my iMac that Ive had sitting around for a few years. I had Mainstream USA take a look at it, due to the good reviews. She fired right up and works like a champ. Heres the kicker to the story. I took it to the place that is suppose to have the best buys and they have some geeks in a squad, about 4 years ago and they had it for a weeks. They had to even send it off to their service hub to look at it. They couldnt get it to fire up past the Apple logo, just like myself. I had tried every trick that I could find online. I figured since they couldnt fix it, that it was dead. I stumbled upon Mainstream USA last week and decided to give them a shot. I am so glad I did. I dropped it off on a Monday. They are very COVID safe, by the way. They called me later the next day and said it was ready for pick up!! That is great customer service and their prices seemed very reasonable. If you own any Apple products I would highly recommend Mainstream USA.

The custom service at this place is out of this world! 👍 I just picked up my device today and it’s working great! I’ve had this store fix my laptop and phone on a number of occasions. The prices are very reasonable and I’m always happy with the way my device is working after I take it there. The people who work at this store are very friendly and helpful too. I’d highly recommend this location to anyone who has an Apple device.

Even though Mainstream USA is not a place you would like to frequent, whenever you need help with repairs or any other Apple related issue, I would HIGHLY recommend going to see Brian and Marla here. I had a cracked MacBook Pro screen that preventing me from working, and needed to have a repair done as quickly as possible. My device was ready to go in less than 24 hours than when I dropped it off, and the quality of the repair is exceptional. Mainstream USA is an Apple Authorized Premium Service Provider for a reason. Thanks again to Brian and Marla who were able to help in a timely manner!

This place saved us when we thought we lost everything on our Mac. Brian knew what the issue was right away and was able to get the hard drive out of the Mac so that everything we needed was saved. The customer service here is incredible and prices reasonable. I would go back there any time I have issues with my Apple products.

I brought my MacBook Pro in on Wednesday because the display was black even though the laptop was getting power. I found that this was a known issue and that Apple would cover the repair and that Mainstream was an authorized service center. They had my computer ready on Friday and even called me on Thursday to give me an update. Super-quick turnaround and friendly professional service. They didnt try to upsell me any unwanted additional services as Ive experienced at other service centers. I highly recommend Mainstream USA. Five stars.

Very pleased with Brian and Mainstream. I had an issue with my MacBook and he worked hard to diagnose the issue with Apple and communicated with me along the way. Eventually had to have the SSD replaced at Apples expense and once it was approved he had it ready to go within 48 hours. I would definitely take my Apple products there again if they needed service.

Marla is very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the issue and taking it to the next level when the first fix didnt work (replacing iPhone battery). It appears they are a small operation so it may take a day to hear back from them but once I made an appointment, it was a great experience.

Great experience. Couldnt get my seven year old iMac to power up after installing new ram. I took it in on Monday they had it repaired and back to me the next day. I will definitely go back if I need any more service done.

Loved their customer service. Very considerate and helpful!! The first thing they saved was my data on my macbook. Secondly, Brian has asked if I knew how to reinstall word on my laptop and I didnt because I did that almost 5 years ago. He went in and just downloaded it for free!!!! Dropped off my iPhone 6S for battery replacement. I told them Id be by to pick it up in 4 days, but then I had a change of plans and called them the very next day and said Id be there in an hour... And they were completely cool with it! The phone was ready by the time I got there and they even offered tips on keeping the new battery at optimal health. Didnt try to sell me extra things that I didnt need or want. They are very professional and knowledgeable. The overall customer service was better than going to the Apple Genius Bar on Michigan Ave in Chicago, thats for sure!

Mainstreams staff are courteous and go beyond the call of duty to make sure their customers are satisfied. My iMac had what appeared to be dust or debris under the screen. I filled out a ticket online with Mainstream USA and the very next day they were able to receive my computer. Staff is very polite, knowledgable and friendly. During the repair, they communicate the status of their progress, parts, etc... The repair was very quick and I had my iMac back in just a couple of days. Excellent turn time. Although I hope to never need serious repairs for my computer, if I do, I will definitely be calling Mainstream USA again.

This place is awesome! Brian is an incredibly knowledgable and friendly guy. My laptop screen got broke and he informed me of a recall that saved me over 650$. If I had gone to best buy I would be incredibly in the hole. He had my macbook fixed in two days and even cleaned it for me and ran a free diagnostic. Highly recommend!

👎👎👎 the customer service is horrible at this place. I am a new iPad owner & called asking for assistance with connecting to the internet or resetting the password. After a few questions, the guy said the cost was $40. I asked if that was standard even if its new. He became irritated and said, we dont have a billion dollars in our back pocket like Apple. I Dont recommend wasting your $s at this place. 👎👎👎
