I have been waiting awhile to make a review. Im a very patient and understanding person, but the way some employees act is so sad. The employees here are SO RUDE for no reason. They act like a customer needing help or having a question is the end of the world. Isnt that a part of the job though? The way they give sarcastic answers or deeply exhale if you need something repeated is so childish. Leave your issues at home...youre at work. Theres been more than 2 occasions where Ive had poor interactions with the employees. Just got off the phone with someone named Josh, I needed to get some info on their shredding services and he sounded so annoyed by it. To make matters worse he was cutting in and out.... theres a huge difference between the phone actually cutting out and someone acting as if it were. TOO CHILDISH. Love the store but some employees are really rude.

Mimzy helped me at the print counter with my crafts books project and was very helpful with paper quality recommendations and also suggested that I find the modge-podge that needed at a crafts store. 5/5 would reccomend

I purchased an HP Office Jet Pro printer from Office Max. About 90+ days later the printer died, printed only upper half of black lines and would not print any color at all. I returned the printer and talked with Bryan about my options, refund, exchange, etc. Office Max has a store policy of returns within 14 days only but Bryan could tell the printer was clearly defective. He arranged for a full refund to my credit card since store stock did not have a suitable replacement. 5 stars to Bryan, 0 stars to HP printers.

I cant say enough about how great the service is... was met at the door asking if I needed Help.... and yes I did. Walked me to the computer cablesGot me the correct length and correct connection. And was back on my way that quickAMAZING SERVICE.THANKS

The manager of this branch is extremely helpful. He helped me find all of the school supplies needed for school at the best price possible for good quality things. It does not matter how far the drive may be, this Office Max is the go-to for everything far and in-between. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and will be doing all of my office/school shopping here!

A good store for what it offers! We get good deals here during back to school time! Staff is friendly and helpful! The store is a little run downed and could use a major renovation along with the bathrooms! But do like the store cuz the other one is across the river and too far away!!!

The manager at this Office Max really knew the meaning of customer service. My mom had a 20% coupon that only applied online, but the manager ran to his office and found some discounts that eventually came to be about 20% off of our entire order.Also, the staff on the floor was very helpful, helping my mom and I pick out a printer/scanner/copier for my dad.Lastly, the selection here is great! This Office Max definitely rivals the Staples Store down John Deere Road.

Nice convenient store with good service and copy machines. A little pricey, but great items usually on sale.. No waiting at check-out.

Bought a desk chair half price. No problem with tax exempt and staff even brought it out to our car.

The clerk there was very helpful and I found some great deals.

Printing is generally good but faxing felt expensive (more $2 per page) and there is no posted pricing (which is inconvenient). When faxing, the man who helped me kept miscounting the pages, he then faxed the papers, and I found out the pricing when he rang me up at which time I was shocking at the overall cost. He informed me then that the number I was faxing to was a long distance number which was a larger cost -- again, I did not know this. He did not seem to be well versed in what he was doing and was a bit bumbling but was trying to lend a hand to printing services so I dont know if this is the normal way things are done. A simple fix would be to list pricing up on the signs over the printing services area. If they are in the area -- bring the signage to an area that is more obvious for customers.Ive printed multiple times at this location and am generally greeted at the door but the site does need a bit of a reno. Not the worst store ever just decidedly mediocre in customer service, pricing, and stock.
