They offer so many beautiful products. They are a little pricey but worth it. One thing I wasnt crazy about is their no refund policy. Many times when estimating out door projects its hard to know exactly how much you will need. We are building a retaining wall. We had to scale back out Blick count and come back for more if needed. So we will have to stop and come back if we dont have enough. Instead of buying more and and returning what we dont need.

I have gotten mulch here a couple times good stuff. I do not recommend their Bermuda top dressing manly just mulch and sand

Picked up a yard of their Premium Plant Mix for our garden. My wife called to see what they had and prices, they were very friendly and helpful. When I got there the place was packed, I had to wait for a place to park. When I went in I was greeted and they were very courteous even though they were slammed. I paid for my order and was sent out to the yard. They had several people loading trucks. Not sure how but they kept everyone in order while filling the truck beds or trailers. They didn’t waste time but they also didn’t rush which could have ended badly. Overall, great experience.

Great Mulch, nice people. They just short you on the yards. Two of my three yards were cut short significantly. My trailer holds exactly one yard filled to the top. The first one was spot on. I cant go back; I dont like arguing with people and they drive off so fast with their bucket truck and never look back. I came in 7am this morning with no one else there, so it was not like they were busy. So sad, such a good product at a fair price.

Oh my. My. My. We just went in ready to buy a top of the line kitchen island and “the guy who does that” wasn’t there so they couldn’t help us? Hmmmm. I’d have faked it until I made it and allowed “that guy” to follow up with the sale when he returned. There went 10k++. What a disappointment. Do not be misled by their website. They’re not prepared to do custom outdoor kitchens. I’m assuming “that guy” is the owner- and perhaps “that guy” needs to do some employee training to keep his show room and sales active.

I cant say enough good things about this company. They have the best prices, the best customer service, and quality products. This is my second year ordering mulch from them (1st year was initial install of 18 yards). This time I ordered 8 yards to top everything off. Not being the one to install it this go around, it was a little thicker than I would have liked causing me to fall short. Called them first thing Monday morning and they were able to deliver another 5 yards within an hour! Service on the phone was always professional, friendly and quick. Their delivery drivers always call ahead and make sure they put it where you want it. Hard to beat service like this!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Brian and the folks at Vision Landscape.Super helpful when I inquired about trying to match flat river rock for the yard. He told me to bring a rock sample. I arrived a little after 12pm on Saturday. Was able to order what I needed. The rocks arrived within hour the same day. Now that is SERVICE!

Perhaps if I was ordering a lot of gravel, my experience may have been better. However, I only needed two 5 gal. Buckets of #57 gravel to fill a hole for a French drain. After speaking with a gentleman on the phone, I expected to pay extra for someone to shovel it for me into a bin in my car. When I walked into the store, which at the time was empty and only one person was on the phone, I was only greeted when I walked up to a young woman after I said hello. When I told her I understood that there was an extra price for assistance, I was told that I could shovel it myself. I’m a 60 year old woman, and it was a 90 degree sunny day. I was never offered any assistance. The other thing that bothered me was that there was a sign on the door requiring masks, which I wore, but none of the employees did! Because of their Lack of customer service, I doubt I’ll return.

Great people! very respectful, courtious and attentive always have whatever you need to spruce up your property; plus you can wait inside in the A.C. while someone gets your supplies. Highly Recommended

Very pleased with this company. Called and ordered two pallets of flagstone based solely on pictures from website. Felt the pricing was very reasonable. The recommendation of two pallets was the perfect amount of material for my project. The stone arrived on time, the next day, and was beautiful. Nice sized pieces, too. Would definitely recommend, and use again.

We purchased River Rocks for our yard. The gentleman that came to help us was very nice. I believe his name was Gary. He left his lunch to come and help us with our order. The rocks were delivered punctually and professionally. The delivery driver was courteous and placed them were we needed them for accesibility.

I purchased a small amount of rock from Gary. he was very helpful in helping me decide what product would look best around my home. the staff was very friendly and helped me load the rocks into my car without me even having to ask. such a wonderful company.

I purchased a small boulder and the team was very helpful with my requests to maintain social distancing due to COVID and health conditions. I called prior to arriving and asked if I could just pull up and put a sticky note on the boulder I wanted. They agreed and I just called back in to pay and discuss delivery/loading options. Everything went down without a hitch and I never had to come into contact with anyone. And they didnt seem aggravated or inconviencienced which was nice.

Chrissy was so patient and helpful when we went to pick up our supplies. Highly recommend!

I reached out through their websites online Chat and was quoted a competitive price - as shown in the picture. I confirmed the price included delivery and taxes before saying thank you and that I would call later to order. Unfortunately, about 2 hours later when I called I was given a price about $40 higher and this put them over most other quotes I received.I spoke with Bob, the same person from the Chat, and he did not offer to honor the incorrect price I was given initially.UPDATE: I realized it was unfair that I did not ask for him to honor the price before reviewing. After calling back and speaking to Bob he was unable to honor the price and was unsure what happened that ended up with a misquote.

Im very happy with visions they where very professional friendly and had great quality garden mix. After trying two previous suppliers I was skeptical but they knocked it out of the park.

I HIGHLY recommend Visions. They came thru for multiple orders for me for yard needs. You can opt to have it bagged and placed in your yard wherever it may be needed. I opted for driveway but delivery was 2-3 days earlier than expected as well. Ill be using vision for any mulch needs once those pop up as well. Thank you team! Professional all around.

The lack of customer service shows greatly!Not reliable on estimate of how much product is needed. If you end up with too much, they won’t let you return. We had almost a full pallet left of patio stone, because it wasn’t stacked correctly they would not let us return it.Would have been a much nicer experience if there had been at least a bit of courtesy here. We will not return or recommend

I was dissatisfied overall with this place . On 2 different occasions the staff was rude, and the material was overpriced for the quality not to mention the delivery fee of 70$ per load theto a location less than 5 miles away when I was looking to order around 19 tons of stone. The contractor or veterans discount is not even enough to notice a difference, I wouldnt recommend them unless you have absolutely no other option or just really want to give your money away.

What a great group of people to work with! They can take care of the smallest project I can imagine.... to huge stuff, like digging our pond. Stopped by and was quickly addressed and shown around and given great ideas. I will be back and always recommend Visions.

Visions Landscaping in Monroe: I had Privette to re-gravel our driveway that continuously flooded from rain. Robb and his team assessed the driveway and promptly delivered ABC Stone/Crusher Run. We have had several large storms recently and our driveway no longer floods. The gravel packs nicely and tight. My next door neighbor saw what a difference the gravel made, so they called Privette and also had their drive re-graveled. We are both extremely happy with the results.I recently had Privette to add gravel to our backyard parking area. We have a carport and deck. The driver is an expert in maneuvering in tight spots. He did such a fantastic job that I called the next day to let them know how pleased we were with this work. I highly recommend the folks at Privette. They are prompt, courteous, professional, and affordable.

Prices are ok, per yard or 1/2 yard. Unless, you want to bring your own bucket(s). In that case, check Lowes/Home Depot, box stores have cheaper pricing for smaller quantities/weight.
