Reducing stars from 5 to 3 for the reason written below.The 3rd party delivery service Ortho Monrovia contracts with is horrible. They do not respect delivery times (we work from home, they called 1 hour ahead and show up in 20min), damaged the box spring when handling, damaged our antique sleigh bed. They were more interested in getting to the weekend vs providing appropriate service to customers who spent upwards of $5500.

My wife and I bought our much needed mattress. It took us a bit because She needs firm-back support and I like soft cradling cushion. Emmanuell was amazing, he went above and beyond for us; giving us options and time. We weren’t rushed or pressured to make a choice. We have been contemplating a split king adjustable bed, and have researched every one that is made. YIKES they are pricey. To get a “Sleep #” with the options I wanted was going to be over $10K. We decided to check out what Ortho had to offer. We purchased our last bed at Ortho and they were so helpful and courteous.Today Emanuel helped us to figure out what we wanted and the price is almost half what I would have paid elsewhere. They will deliver it and set it up for free, and I can try it out for more than three months, to be sure it is exactly what we need. We have the option of two different mattress types and firmness, or both sides the same.As always it was a pleasure to work with Ortho. Emanuel was a super sales person, without being hardcore or pushy. I cannot wait for my new bed, and many years of peaceful nights.
