I was having an issue with the copier. Before I could look for assistance, a friendly employee named Paulina approached me and asked if I needed any help. I explained my issue. She was very knowledgeable and helped me get the task done and on my way. Thank you! The service is always top-notch at this location.
I needed to ship back a small gun to the manufacturer for repairs. The manufacturer sent me the label since they have a contract with FedEx for 2nd Day Air delivery. The worker and manager kept telling me it needed to be overnighted and that only the manufacturer could send me the lab, I could not pay for it myself.I spoke with FedEx customer service this morning and they told me that the store is incorrect and that 2nd day air is fine.The employees were unwilling to listen to me and help me with this. I do not recommend this store and I will not go there again.
Terrible customer service. The asian gentleman needs to be FIRED. I hope upper management reads this to al the associates. This gentleman did nothing to help me with my package (size) and I will be calling corporate.
The serice is terrible. When I tried to ship a document and they asked me to do it myself on the computer. Fine, but when the computer crashed and couldnt print and I asked for help, but the guy named Edgar didnt help at all. That guy Edgar is terrible. Please fire him!
This is an excellent place to accomplish your work beyond printing!!! Thanks Jerry, Edgar, Andrew, Ashley and Kris for the team effort in printing the movie posters of Snake White in the month of February. They were not only capable, willing, and also took pleasure to help, including some graphic adjustments, feedback on which quote of movie review to be printed on the poster, it was a fun team to work with!I’d love to give the survey to this store, but the corporate survey robot could not take what I have to say. I just gave up on the robot’s miserable trying to measure the human spirits and capacity.
I visited your facility to do my brothers funeral program and I was taken care of by one of your associates Kevin, He was so courteous kind and helpful in assisting me and my daughters. I uploaded 31 files and asked these folk to print them. They printed them In Exactly the correct orientation. The resolution was great. The service was very fast. I really appreciate all the extra effort they put into my order

Came in with a smile, left with a very bad impression. The manager Tim refused to accept my packages. He was very rude and was shaking my boxes around saying there is loose stuff inside. He also complained about the boxes not being shipping boxes and hes not going to accept them. Apparently FedEx has a threshold on what type of packages they can accept in the stores. Whatever happened to customer service?Both the FedEx stores on Flair drive accepted my packages and offered to put my box in one of their boxes free of charge and shipped it out for me. Looks like Tim can learn a thing or two when it comes to customer services from the employees on Flair drive. Store#P0CK0 Employee#2626562 was awesome and went above and beyond the call of customer service. They are always nice and friendly and do the job right!Attention Tim from the Monrovia Store located at 935 W Huntington Dr, Monrovia, CA 91016, you need to really work on your customer service skills. Whomever promoted you to management needs their head examined.

Dont fax here. I tried faxing a document and it had a paper jam. The machine said 1.28 for the fax cost and then because it jammed, the employee faxed it for me behind their desk. then she tells me I owe then 57 and change for the 34 pages. She had not told me it was going to be that expensive. she did me a favor and cut it down to 28 dollars and change but she should have told me how expensive it was going to be before faxing it because 28 dollars is ridiculous and I could have just waited a week and walked the forms over to their destination. I was just trying to get an errand done early. I dont know why their self serve said 1.28 and she charged me as much as she did instead. Dont fax here. Not worth it and I should have been told how much it was going to be before they faxed it. My god, no thank you. I am so mad right now.
Quick and professional with my 120 roll film. I dont shoot film a lot but when I do I make mine Photo works. Their new store is more spacious and looks like you walked into a gallery.
The self serve print n go station is absolutely the best way to get your docs on the run. .14 cents for black and white copies and close to .70 cents for color. Credit cards accepted or you can load a FedEx print card.
I received a FedEx prepaid label for a return item. I took the item with the same package to this office. The employees told me that they cant take this package as it is not clean and has a little bulge on one end. I told them that I received the same package in the same conditions. Unfortunately, they were not courteous or professional. I walked out and went to Pasadena FedEx by the Lake and Colorado. I was served appropriately and no questions were asked. I doubt FedEx instruct their employees how to sale their boxes and foams. If not, this office employees needs customers satisfaction training.
Lets start by saying Im a long time fedex employee at one of our stations. Today I walked in to ship out a package on my day off and forgot my badge at home. As an employee we receive a corporate discount. I asked the kinkos employee if he can simply look me up by me giving him my divers license and employee ID number. He said that he was unable to give me my discount without having my employee ID and giving him my information. I insisted that I could provide him with all the information that he needed and could give him my divers license but he kept on with his same broken record response of needing my badge because it has my photo on it.His lack of customer service is beyond me, when I go to the bank and forget my debit card, they simply look me up with my drivers license and when I go to the gym and forget my membership card they simply look me up with my drivers license. What Im upset at is the fact is that he had the opportunity to look me up with all my information I could have provided but he just kept giving me a flat out NO!This place is lacking in service and convenience.All I was trying to do is deliver the purple promise.Never again, kinkos of Monrovia.

I was in this Fedex store on 11/1/18 at 3:35 pm. The two female employees were rude and unprofessional. If lazy and inconsiderate are what I have to look forward too whenever I need to use Fedex, I would rather use the Post office from now on. Hell. Why do I have the feeling my package isnt even gonna make it to where it needs to be. Your new new business slogan should be: # Man Haters, Yah We Got That !
Bad customer service. If I need help at the beginning, you think I would help to the end. Just to get me going on my day quick. Left with out sending my boxes.
Fine for my needs whenever Ive had to go there. They should have a trash receptacle around though, where it can be seen.

So freaky.selfish they dont care about the customer i had to discuss many time aboutvthe package they try often to sell the package service ..they lost one of my package and i ve never heard from them about it..so thats been the answer call the customer service....we pay money good money and a lot money too we deserve a better service

They have never been unhelpful. My issue is more with FedExs rates for using some of their services in their shipping stores.
Delivery guy doesnt ring your doorbell, leaves a note where you can check and sign for the package to be left at the door and attempt to deliver the next day. On the next day, he doesnt ring the bell or knock on the door and leaves a note with no sign tab.Do frustrating when you need your package and the delivery person doesnt do his job well or too lazy to hit the door bell and wait for the client!!!!!!!So freaking furious at this location!!!!
A package was sent to me via Fedex. I needed to return the package to the seller due to the wrong size (shoes). When I went back to fedex to ship them back for a new size in the same box they were shipped to me in, Fedex told me they were unable to use the box I was using because it was not a fedex approved box(perfect condition & had a fedex label on the box from being shipped to me). When I asked why I couldnt use the box when it had obviously been shipped to me in this box? There was literally no answer in terms of why I could not, the staff members automated response was I have a box that can fit your item. Sounds like a ploy to increase customer averages buy not allowing them to reuse a box that had been clearly shipped by Fedex. I had already anticipated paying 175% mark up on tape to seal the box. Had Fedex enforced this policy upon the first shipment, I would have used that box and this review would not have been written because it would have been an acceptable box (inconsistent company policy which leads to unnecessary expenses for the consumer). I was even open to the fact I had to purchase a box, the employee told me she a a box that would fit my item. We place my box in the Fedex box which fit snug with a little wiggle room. The employee to me she would have to require that I purchase a filler (air bags or styrofoam peanuts) so the box within the box did not move. Fedex was now asking for 3 purchases tape, box, and packing materials and I had not even paid to ship the item. I politely voiced my concern with this and the employee did not apologize for then inconvenience or even make and excuse like Sorry, company policy. They just stood there and told me I could ship it with a different company if I wasnt willing to ship per their standards.Needless to say there is a small chance I will use Fedex again instead of their competitors. In the even I do return to a Fedex store it will not be the Huntington location in Monrovia.
Dont waste your time here. None of the self-service printers worked, the staff were incredibly slow to help, then werent able to fix it anyways and didnt care or offer to help behind the counter.

Ordered some stuff from RiteAid online store, and it was delivered to FedEx, and I wasnt even informed about this. Took me few phone calls to locate a parcel, and had to drive to pick it up
