Have not been to this place in over a year but this time around, they got to check out a couple of ladies there....seen the recent reviews and Im not the only one who thinks so. They either really hate their job or just misserable. Either way, people with attitude for no reason should not work with customers.
Horrible service. Its like this lady just wants to have a conflict. No reason for her to be so off the chart rude or aggressive. Very strange. Avoid at all costs.
Worst customer service ever. Very rude, condescending staff. Ive given them so many chances because location is so convenient to my office. Im done. Will never go back.
Been to this store 4-5 times now and EVERY time they give great service and work hard to meet my needs. Im a regular now.

Had a box for years, low and behold I dont hear from them and I call to check in and its closed and all my mail was returned. They claimed they reached out, I checked all my messages and saw their call but it was 1 second, never even left a VM for me. Garbage.
My wife and I have had a mailbox with them for almost a year now and we are very happy with the service. The staff is very nice and has always been helpful with helping carry out packages, especially when my wife was pregnant. I have also used them for all my return and mailing needs and they have always made it super easy.
Been here twice so far and no issues whatsoever. First was to mail my own item, second was to process a manufacturer recalled item. Each time the process went smoothly and I received excellent customer service. Highly recommended UPS store.
The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. Was told my package was delivered to the Monrovia location, but they were unable to locate it. They used my tracking number to find out it was actually delivered to the Arcadia location.Also, any review mentioning fingerprints, thats the Arcadia location, not the Monrovia location. So, theyre wrong.
Website says open until 7. Not for fingerprints!! Get your advertisements together! No wonder the ratings are so low! Didnt even care about the misleading advertising. At least try to care. Guess what? I wont be coming back for any business, like shipping either!!

I dealt with the team in the Monrovia UPS store by email and phone only. I engaged them to pick up an item, pack it and send to me. I dont write a lot of reviews but I was so impressed with EVERYONE I dealt with in the store that I felt obligated to write a review. Everyone was extremely responsive and professional. I couldnt have been happier with the service I received.
I came here to print something from a USB stick. Turned out the guy couldnt make it work so I said thank you and turned to leave. He stopped me and told me there was .50 cent computer use fee. He was the one who used his own computer to find out that he couldnt help me so I thought that was really really weird. He didnt provide any service so I didnt feel there was anything to pay for even though it was only half a dollar, so I just walked out. He said he was going to call the cops lol like really on .50 cents? Just overall a very unusual experience. Would never come back here.

Disappointed, luckily I called first, even though website said walk-ins welcome. I was told they were understaffed and appointments all booked. Went to Rosemead for my license required fingerprinting. They were great at Rosemead store. Also, address is completely wrong on Livescan site, its a nail salon if you go to the address Livescan lists on Foothill for this store

Called to see if their fingerprint tech was on site, she didnt quite tell me it was her, she just said she was very busy and if I could come in later and not right now. Well, arent we all busy???
Changed ownership & customer service went to hell.
