I had a great experience with VIP collision, they are great people to deal with, a good attitude, my car was done on time, they help me with a loner car while my car was in for service.They took care of all paper work, there was nothing for me to do just drop off my car and picked up when it was done, all of that hassle free.Definitely recommend to others

I have (unfortunately) been involved in many car accidents in my short life. Along the way I have had some unpleasant experiences with auto repair shops. One place wasn’t communicative, another place did poor quality work and a third place screwed me over with my rental. I got a few other quotes before coming to you and you gave me a price that was almost half of what I had been told by other places. I had no expectations when I was referred to VIP but boy was I impressed! The car looks better now than it did before the accident! You did a beautiful job. Thank you for being so kind and patient with me and for being so responsive to my calls and texts even though I kept nudging you about various details. Recently we had some damage to our van and VIP collision came across as very recommended. The entire process was really smooth. The staff there is friendly and cheerful. They took care of the insurance claim and the car rental. It was so smooth working with them. They even have some refreshments in the office while you wait for assistance :) My car came back beautiful with a fresh car wash! Brought my Mustang to VIP after I was rear ended. VIP did an excellent job repairing the damage. They fought for new pieces that neeedd to be replaced (the insurance company wanted to only pay for used), they made sure everything was fit appropriately even taking the time to make sure the exhaust tips were even with one another.
