Great service great prices

Ordered an Audi RS5 Bumper from them on EBAY. They shipped it to wrong City. Asked for assistance to reroute the package to the correct location. I was told and I quote We have been in business for 15 year and we know which locations participate in the GXP. YOU NEED TO PICK UP THE BUMPER OR YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE IT. They offered no assistance in re-routing the bumper to a different GXP location that was closer to me. They expected me to take the day off work, drive to Manhattan through traffic 2 hours away. If they told me they were going to ship to Manhattan, I would have cancelled the order. It took me 30 seconds to find the nearest GXP location which was 15 mins from me. they never bothered checking and just shipped where ever they wanted. Very unprofessional and they lied the entire time. I never received the item I paid for or any type of assistance. BUYER BEWARE!!

Took too long to get my part for my car n they were giving me the wrong one. Finally the Asian guy help me n gave me the righ one .if u go there ask for the Asian guy.

Bought some led lamps to replace hid and got absolutely no help. Telling me to Google it is bs

The owner/ salesman sold me a led bar with the brackets said it would fit my truck also he gave me a number to a installer. I contacted this installer it took him over a week to set up appointment. Then told me the brackets were the wrong ones returned those brackets the little old salesman gave me another pair took them to the installer. Nope again those were wrong. Took those back then he said he couldnt get the correct one. The installer found a pair..so the bar was finally installed first rain the led bar had water in it and the water was leaking in my brand new 2017 truck the head board was dripping. I was so upset. Had to return the led bar due to water get into the fixture. Then get the installer to fix the leak coming through the roof into the head board..such a headache never ever will I trust to go there. I do not recommend this place..update: 11/2018 after exchange the first led bar due to water and moisture get into the light. Now the second led light gets water and moisture into the light fixture. I went back thinking they would exchange it out. Now they told me I didnt get extended warranty on the light that I would have to buy a new one. So basically there not even selling good quality stuff here. Im done with this place for good. Such a nightmare.

Best auto parts, good people with helpful customer service. Both my mechanic and 2 body shop guys have referred me here becuz this is the spot with the best prices. Been helped by both Luis and Gabriel and both have gone out of their way to help beyond what they have to. If you complain about this place, you got issues.

Came in for a grill that was posted for $165 and changed the price once I came in and they tell me $180! I will never go here again! Dont come here!

Came here to get a quote for some headlights, first off I was waiting for about 10-15 minutes when I was on my lunch break, no one approached me to say will be right with you, there was only one guy ahead of me, finally I get help by a short older Asian looking guy possibly the owner with really bad service!!! he said he didnt carry my 2005 Infiniti G35 headlights he mentioned (dealer only) and trust me I did my shopping before coming here they have them on Amazon, and when I mention you could find them online the guy was really unprofessional and said yeah sure! sure! sure!, I just came here to see if I could get a better price but unfortunately Not! I highly recommend anyone coming here way to cocky bad service Ill be taking my business elsewhere
