I ordered trenta size acai lemonade, light on ice expecting 90 % of liquid an least.I cant drink ice 😡

Sorry I’ve given this place way to many chances. I use the mobile app every single time I stop here (9 times) since it’s on the way to work. Keep in mind I live 15 mins away and it always tells me “your drink will be ready before you arrive” since I place my order before I step out the door. I always give myself a 20 minute cushion so that I never arrive to work late always early. Today was the final straw on average it takes over 20 minutes for me to get my drink from order to arrive. It’s only happened once that I pull in and my drink is waiting there for me today it took 23 minutes for them to make my drink keep in mind it’s just shy at 5 o’clock in the morning. This BS excuse of “oh I got busy” cannot be the reason for every single time having to wait for my drink. This place is way understaffed and because someone wants to be cheap the consumer should not have to suffer. At all means try to avoid this location.

This is a very busy store. If you are in the mall for your shopping spree then this is ideal for you. If you come here to get your cup of joe, you need to factor in you time of finding a parking spot especially on peak hours and on holidays and weekends. The staff are cordial and helpful. Barista made my cafe mocha a little stronger than usual. You need to be patient to wait for your your drink during peak hours. There are only a few tables and chairs on this location.

Pink drink is just one of my favorites

They refused my daughter a cup of water and told her if she wanted one she would have to wait in line, mind you the line was long. How hard is it to get a cup of water?! And for a child?

I didn’t get my barista’s name but omgoodness she made a perfect quad espresso over ice with 6 packs of raw sugar perfectly melted in my favorite drink. I hope I’ll see her again!
