The best part of our experience is the customer service Suzanne provided. Suzanne you are the epidemy of goodness, your professionalism and support provided is exemplary in all areas. We were long time tenants that at times were challenging but you not only helped you went the extra mile went above and beyond, you helped us through and through. The constant reminders were absolutely appreciated. The grounds were always clean by you even on hot days youre out there making sure units are safe and grounds are clean, thank you. Public Storage is blessed to have you, you should be training others ;). Five Stars do not do Suzanne justice. We live hours away and would rent from Suzanne what ever location she is managing. Ok for a QUICK RENTAL, FOR AS FOR LONG TERM NOT GOOD. NO SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS I HAVE MY CAR PARKED THERE FOR STORAGE AND THERES NO CAMERAS ON THE GROUNDS EXCEPT BY THE OFFICE.

Excellent customer service from Robert (manager). Professional and thorough. Made the entire rental process easy. Id definitely recommend Robert and his location to anyone in the area.

First of all shout out to Tuesday. One of the best people I have interacted with at a storage facility. Very kind and patient. Extremely helpful in navigating me through the process and all the questions I ask. The facility it self is bit older than I expected but it is well maintained. Very clean! The day I rented and moved my stuff in it was 115 degrees and it felt pretty cool inside. One downside is that they only have 1 cart for a very large facility. If they could improve this they would have gotten 5 starts from me. Also beware that the hours of access are 6:30am - 6pm. Might not work for everyone.

Everything is good other than money.This guy is not treated customers properly and he is not treating first come first serve.When my tern came he said you are looking for storage and next guy is came for truck so he is paying more and he asked me to wait and waited for 30 min.I would not all recommend this if you’re not treating customer well.

My name is Dino and I have had a storage here since it opened. I am very happy with this facility. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I have never had a problem here. I have other family whom have storage units here too. I am so happy that Suzanne is still running this facility because she is very nice, kind and friendly. But above all she has always been very professional. My other sister has a unit in another facility one city away and she is leaving there because its dirty and does not feel safe. Some of the staff is very rude.If anybody wants to do business here you will not be disappointed! I highly recommend this Public Storage.Thank you, Maple Street facility :)
