Ive visited this location countless number of times over the years. Never really have any problems until today!As far as I can tell theyve changed ownership in the last few days. Theres a notice on the front door that says so.Anyways, heres what happened just earlier. Ive gone to this store to purchase beverages. Picked up what I want & noticed something new so Ive decided to give it a try.Picked up 3 cans of Bubble Tea, the price tag says $1.59 each. After Ive paid for it Ive noticed the prices are incorrect. Theyve charged $3.99 each, so Im like you have to honor it since thats the law.They still refused, good thing I ran back to check & took a pic before theyve removed the tags, I know it says for Lipton Tea after Ive taken the pic, but they need to honor it since its their mistake & not the customers.Its a small price item I dont even wanna waste more time, I simply asked for a refund & theyve credited me.The point is how do you run a retail business in the USA & dont even know you have to honor whats on the price tag?Thats what Ive known from working at retail before...unless the laws changed since then, otherwise this should still be the case, horrible new ownership.The cashier & the higher ups all refused. Go learn something before you break the business law again! Noobs!

I would give it a 0 if it was possible, the guy with marks on his hands and face was so rude. He yelled at the customer in front of us who was an elderly because he wasn’t putting his groceries in his basket quick enough. He also called us rude because we were asking for a slice of pizza nicely. Sometimes, I really wonder why they hire people like him.

Worst experience ever. The Indian lady is very rude. Acting like she owns every 7-11 stores. I went in to get coffee and they r out. I then asked for hot dogs and they said they dont have buns. What kind of 7-11 is this?FRIENDLINESS/Customer Service: 0 out of 100

Multiple times the staff doesn’t wear makes. Younger guys with glasses and older lady. The young guy has been combative twice now.

This business doesnt even deserve a single star. I walked in this store needing something to drink. As soon as I was in the store, it only took a few seconds of me picking up an item, deciding to not get it, and then put it back neater than before to already get scolded at by a worker. He said I was messing up the store and gave me dirty looks. I just ignored him and followed up with my friends in the coffee section to later realize he was following me around the store. As soon as one of my friends picked up her phone and snapped a photo of A WALL, we all got yelled by the worker for taking a photo and having no common sense. He later on said to us in a rude way, how would you like it if I went to your house and took photos. My friend said sorry and we all looked at him and walked out the store quickly and then realized that there were five cops getting snacks and no sign that says NO PHOTOS. If we were doing something wrong in the store Im sure one of the five cops would have said something already. As for the rude way we were told to not take photos of a wall and the fact there was not a single sign anywhere that says to not take photos in the first place, this store is very close to a high school and they get about 200 students going in there every day after school. Im sure those student customers have taken plenty of photos in there already and have actually been rude and ruined she shelves unlike us. I came to this 7 Eleven to purchase items and support their business but instead got berated by a worker when none of us did nothing wrong. Never coming back and nobody should ever.

Once I didnt know where the hot dog buns were I went up to the counter where they used to not self-serve, but the lady w/ the glasses yelled at me and said everything I needed was in the front. Rude. But, everything else is fine

I actually enjoyed my experience here at 7-11. The girls that work here were super friendly!

I would give it a zero if I could. I went to get a hot cup of coffee. They have a muffin and coffee deal but no muffins. How the hell are you having a coffee and muffin sale and no muffins! I paid and left and when I got home my coffee was cold. I live 3 minutes away. So screw this place!

Very racist and intentionally rude. Was going to get a fidget spinner from there but changed my mind. I called asking if they had any fidget spinners and they said yes for 7.99 which was the plan. The moment they saw me I was then told by the same guy that fidget spinners were now $10! Outrageous!!!
