The people working there were nice when I called about a dryer part. When I went to pick it up the parts guys were incredibly helpful and helped diagnose potential problems. I highly recommend using them for your appliance needs.

Be very careful...awful customer service...I bought a couple of item on a Friday..returned them unopened on Monday with the receipt...was told I couldn’t return them...no once was I informed that they can’t be returned ... however ...I should have done more research on my behalf before buying from them...my fault...Just be aware !!!

I felt that customer service was really the bottoms. The guy at the desk was very unhelpful. I asked him if he carried dual 12 x 12 hooded oven filters, with the name and model of oven. I had to access INET, myself, to obtain the part mumber. Then, he told me that a model number was needed. It seems that consumers have to do what folks taking ypur money ought to be doing noeadays. My response? I took my filter and left. NEVER TO RETURN!!

I would highly recommend this place. Dont judge the service by the appearance of the inside. The work was done on time and extremely economical.

Spent $80 on a heating element for a Samsung dryer less than a week ago, and it was never taken out of the box because I figured out that instead of the $80 heating element it was a three dollar female disconnect that was messed up in the dryer. Called the store in Montgomery today to ask if I could return the brand new heating element, before I drove 2 hours back to Montgomery, only to be told that they, According to A1 company policy, can’t accept electrical returns, but finally Josh the associate said that he would do it for a 20% restock fee. I called the Store local to me and asked the same question and Ricky, the gentleman that answered the phone, was more than accommodating and told me that I could bring it back to his store and get a refund on it. Told me that it was not A1 companywide policy not to except returns, but more than likely a store specific policy. Called back to the Montgomery store and spoke with a manager who was a female that did not give her name. I explained the situation to her only to be told to have a good day and hung up on. I would highly suggest driving to a store other than the Montgomery location for your A1 appliance needs. Terrible customer service by the sales associate and the manager alike…

To the person that said online prices dont match store prices read the home page. Prices for online orders only. Price and availability subject to change - customer will be notified if any changes are necessary. They always have what I need or can get it within 24 hours usually about 15-20% cheaper than anywhere else.

This place has all you need for home appliances. Service was great and price 👌.

I have been using A1 appliances for the past 15 years with excellent results both as a private consumer and HVAC contractor.

Called the store ... asked for and confirmed they had a particular product (motherboard for refrigerator) ... arrived and they had it ready for me. Very pleasant staff.

Always has what I need to repair whatever has broken around the house. Prices may be higher than internet but convenience trumps price in some cases.
